Llissa...sounds to me like your have an allergy...inflamation of mucus...I would hold back on eating anymore...your is obviously telling you something. good luck

AFM...I am down .4 still in my window...happy none the less...the sweet potato...well I get so confused with LR and P3 foods..I thought it was ok, oh well not like I eat them all the time.

I didn't even think it was that much. Interesting.

Glad for you it was a fairly short-lived deal!

I think I learned something tangible. Last night we had pancakes for Shrove Tuesday, the kind where I take the wheat grain and blend it in the Vitamix? Whole WHOLE wheat. I made this a week ago Monday as well. Lost the next day, so I thought this was going to be okay occasionally. This morning when I woke up, I was laying there all groggy-like, and I could feel a little post-nasal action going on, and thought, "Oh shoot....cold coming on?" Then I realized I had the exact same sensation the morning after wheat last week - and it crossed my mind that maybe it was a response to the wheat? I never did get a cold - the symptom was gone probably that same day.

Does anyone know if this is a logical correlation - wheat and mucus? But I don't gain from it - lost both times. I ate well yesterday too - normal foods, normal amounts, lots of water.

ABSOLUTELY! If you give up the wheat, you will find all kinds of issues disappear, including brain fog, nasal/mucous crud, skin conditions, bloating, etc. Pick up a copy of Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis and it will change your diet.

    evening folks,
ran out early this morning to grocery shop and have been on the go ever since. It is 7 in the evening now and I am just sitting down. TOM arrived with a vengeance this morning...Thank God! Ready to get rid of this extra weight. It was really nice today, warm and I spent time outside listening to the birds singing.

Fancynancy, hope you are feeling stronger...

    have a good evening all!

What?! You are soooo lucky! I don't think we are getting anything like that...I know Saturday it will be colder than it has been...today near 60...possible snow flurries...but 4-8 inches! Oh....I would love that!

Turns out we got rain, then sleet, and now snow, its still coming. Brick, look out here it comes. Hey everybody, I hope everyone is stabilizing well, I thought I would go back up from what I lost being sick, that's what usually happens when you lose like that but, it didn't.

    Good morning all!
So Ohio is under a wind advisory...which means where I live we may lose our power...LOL! But the generator is filled up and ready to go...so we are ready just in case.
Dropped from 119 yesterday to 118.2...LOVE when TOM finally starts. Hoping I will continue as usual and drop back into the 116's again. Amazing how better I feel once it gets going. I feel pretty good so far today...better than I have for the last couple of weeks...clearly, hormonally, I had a rough month. I get those now and again. But I am learning how to deal with it and hopefully control my panics about the weight during those times.

Fancynancy...saw the first Robin this morning...sitting high on a cottonwood. I believe it was a female given the light gray head. My mother, she lives only 13 minutes from my house, but further south, saw Robins 2 weeks ago. But that is typical for me....often she is in full bloom of trees and flowers and mine are barely out of the ground...and yet we live only 13 minutes away from each other...go figure...

Have a great day...keeping stable and smiling....

    Hi All...

Cold baths at our other forum are all the rage now... here is some info:

Dr Jack Kruse is recommending cold thermogenesis now to enhance the Leptin Reset. He also says it will enhance losses while on HCG, and get you closer to Leptin Sensitivity when you are done with P2.

    Read in this order:
    http://jackkruse.com/rewiring-the-leptin-rx-reset/
    http://jackkruse.com/cold-thermogene...actice-begins/
    http://jackkruse.com/cold-thermogenesis-two/
    http://jackkruse.com/cold-thermogenesis-three/

If this interests you, make sure you read the comments after the blog posts, because there are other jewels of info there.

I've had 2 already Steveo.....they are somewhat something to get use to LOL

Stay safe in your wind storm Brick...

    WTG Fancy...great job...steady eddy

I had a blip with some chicken wings the other nite...went up...but after a day of clean eating I was back down 1.8....That is the part I love.
I did measurements, and I am up in inches...but the funny thing is that 1 week ago a pair of pants I bought that were tight and gave me a small muffin top...they didn't fit like that yesterday. They were comfortable in the waist and the thighs were not a super tight as the week before...go figure...Makes me quite happy, I just wish I could find some pants to fit perfect, I seem to be in a small 14 or a large 12 (never been in a 12 ever in my lifetime LOL) But I have a pair of 16's that fit too...so random.

    Have a wonderful day everyone!!!!
