Which one works better for you? The Hucog or the HHGC? I am having real problems with the hucog powder that I mixed with bac water.

It's just your dose, clear. Skip tomorrow like I suggested and let me know how you feel by around 5 or so. 175 is way high for most. There is more hunger with a dose too high than with one too low.

@merimatt and clear: this go round i'm using premixed hucog and i'm aiming for a 150 iu dose. i ordered from ADC in June. i mixed w/ 6 ml bac water instead of 3 by mistake, so i'm injecting up to line 6 on a 100cc insulin syringe. last round i used greenweb drops 3x11.

Merimatt - attempting R2 (really R3) and you mentioned problems with your R2 but I see you had great losses in R3. Started out in the 190s like you and see you are below 150. Need something to get me over the hump - R2 has been WAYYYY more difficult than R1 - just barely hanging on to some of my losses from R1 -R1 used RX pellets, R2 started with Meridian pellets then switched to RX pellets then gave up. This is D2 of new round. Any words of wisdom.

Anyone can chime in here! Martha

I'm not in a good place to share. I'm probably back up to 160-165 again. So I get to lose the same 20 again. I have major food issues that rear their head and cause big gains in a short time. R2 was pellet. Yuck. R1,R3, and this round are hcg Rx injections. I do better with injections.

I guess I need to order the premixed HCG from adc. Do you have to add anything or is it injectable from the bottle it comes in?

You have to add bacteriostatic water for injections or saline for sublingual. Go to the newcomer section for information on how to mix and order.

Thank you. I will take your advice and skip my dose today. I thought maybe I contaminated my HCG somehow because of the type of bottle that I mixed it in, or because it was Hucog. I was ravenously hungry last night and I screwed up big time. It is unlike me, I am usually quite disciplined once I begin a diet and commit to it. But I was taken over by hunger last night, it was downright primal...lol. I didn't eat a huge amount of food but the things I ate are not on the diet and I feel terrible about it. I am back on the horse today, no injections. I will let you know how I feel later. I appreciate your advice Grammy.

Day 3 of VLCD and all is well. I gained 6.5 with load and I've lost 8 # in 3 days. Love it. Feeling great. No hunger. My daugher-in-law is a physician and she got me started on this almost a year ago. I praise her name daily.

OPINIONS FOLLOW:Newbies, I want to caution you against getting all your good vibes from the scale. I weigh every AM first thing, as directed. But that's it. If you find yourself weighing every 10 minutes, 3 times a day, or after every BM, you are getting addicted to a new drug. Use caution.
Congratulate yourself for sticking to the protocol. But you can't lose a pound everyday (women) and you will set yourself up for deep dispair if you think you won't have an occasional blip, stall or increase. It happens. Expect it. It has nothing to do with fat. It's the way the body works.

The beauty of hcg is the inches part. So sit back, relax, and do the protocol. If you haven't done body measurements yet, do it now. I didn't my first round and I regretted knowing exactly where I started from. Your success will be shown in many ways. Most of all, if you use this time to concentrate on how to change the bad habits that got you here, this will truly be life-altering. P&I is so much more than a 500 cal diet for a month. Educate yourself. This forum is a great tool for learning from the success and the failures of others.
