You may have to adjust your LIW up by 5 pounds if it's not budging. Whatever you ate on those cheat days is something you should never ever eat again. That's a huge gain in 2 days. I suspect gluten. You may lose some if it's inflammation but it's hard to say for sure. You could go back to normal P3 eating and just adjust your LIW at this point and hope you lose another couple of pounds.
