It's normal to be a little hungry on skip day. It's even mentioned in Pounds and Inches.![]()
Hi Grammy,
I'm new here. on R1P2D7. Been doing fine up to now. 150 iu sub injections, no hunger.
lost average of 1.36 lbs per day, 6.8 for the week. very happy with this.
But, today's my first skip day and whoa; really hungry in the afternoon.
Anybody else experience this? Is it normal?
Thanks for any input,
Carol

Grammy,
I am using the bodyshaper hcg drops. The instructions I got with the drops say to skip the 7th day if I'm going the 40 days so my body doesn't get immuned. Is that ok?
Most people don't skip with sublingual.

Grammy,
Just to clarify, you skip the 7th day on the SQ, right?
Thanks for everything.
You can actually pick any day to skip as long as the first day you skip is more than 4 days on the shots.![]()
