    Kombucha tea

Is this allowed on p2? It is made of great tea but is fermented. Great detox. I have googled it and see pros and cons. Your advice please?

I have not used it in P2 or P3 because I'm not sure how much sugar is left after brewing it. I did drink some this morning and I have a fresh batch fermenting that I need to check on.

It's not allowed in P2. I start drinking it again in P4 though, but I only drink 1/3 of a bottle because of the carb content.

Colleen, thanks. I had about a cup yesterday and otherwised followed protocol. I lost .2 this morning. I usually lose .5 or more daily, but i am less then 5 lbs from goal. I know you said on p4 it is ok, but can you explain why not on p3? Sugar wise I assume. I so love kombucha tea. I was given a homeade gallon on it yesterday. And every time I open the fridge, it's smiles at me.
