Do you mind if one more person joins. I was on another March thread and there was not much action over there and Lord knows I am going to need as much support as I can get being as this is my first round.
I was supposed to start mid March but due to a travel cancellation for next week I will be starting this weekend. I will be loading this Sat/Sun as I wont be able to pick up my shots until Thursday night- believe it or not, they are compounding them without B-12. (my B-12 levels are at 1967) Doctor thinks it would be best not to give me any more B-12 LOL. ...oh this weekend is going to be FUN! I am so thankful for these boards as I have spent the last 3 months lurking before I joined. I have learned so much from others and can't wait to have similar loses. Don't let me fool you- I am still scared to death of P3.
I am going to do a 25-30 day round to maximize my loses. would like to lose 25 (including load weight) and stabilize at 20 pound loss.
Good luck to all!!

usmile - I use Hucog which is very much like Corion. I used Corion my second and third rounds and found I needed to raise my dose on the 3rd. I was down to around 125iu on R2 as well. Corion seems to be harder to adjust perfectly than the Hucog, so I switched to Hucog. On another note, I know I'm way too hard on myself. I'll look into getting and reading that Mastery book. Thanks for the tip!
Hello back Janet. Good luck on your R3!
ashleimc - Hi.Jamaica? Really? What do you do there? I dove there a few years ago. Fun place.
indigo - Sorry about your zero on the scale this morning. Hang in there! It'll come off.
ampalomba - I'd suggest "shooting up" whenever you start your day. It sounds like 1pm for you?
momofboys - Welcome! Make it 30 if you want to stabilize. Grammy's been around hcg forever and she recommends at least 30 days. That's what I'm doing, although I've gone up to 54 days in the past.
I'm down 3 today, which is my VLCD1. I feel better already! I just want to keep this good thing going! Best wishes to all you losers! Have a great day.
Zami, I have ecopy of mastery book. Email me at usmile777 at gmail dot com and I will send it to you. Good job with your first day!
Nancy - what do you think about this morning's weather? Isn't lovely? It should warm up to 50 degrees later. Your VLCD1 is just around the corner.
It's my VLCd3 and I am down 1.6 lb this morning, happy about that. Increased my dose to145 IUs, see how it goes.
Welcome to our group mom of 2 boys! Happy to have you here.
Ampalomba - one of my rounds I did my injections right after dinner, 7 p.m., it worked out well for me.
Have a great day everybody!
I'm so bummedMy bad water and vials haven't arrived yet!! I wanted to start today so bad

Buffalo Chicken Burger
Ground Chicken
Spices:
* 2 Tbsp dried parsley
* 1 tsp dried dill
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp dried basil
* 1/2 tsp pepper
Buffalo Sauce
1 pkt stevia
spoonful garlic
Hot sauce (I use franks. I think it tastes the best)
Mix everything together. I made 3 patties. One for The hubby, myself and our son (who is not on a diet but still has enjoyed everything. Loves Breadsticks!!!)
I got the super lean chicken so it had almost no fat to it at all. You may wanna add your Melba or breadstick so it doesn't stick as much. I just got my Pan hot first and made balls and dropped them in the hot pan. Then I pushed down the patties with the spatula until they were flat. Brown them up on both side and then baste them with the buffalo sauce, flipping and basting flipping and basting until you are satisfied with the amount of sauce on the burger. Serve over Lettuce, tomato and onion.. or whatever you like.
