ok, new at this (2nd load day for both me and hubby). But I did the loading and somehow was DOWN 1.4 pounds this morning?!? If I ate any more yesterday I would've definitely threw up, and most of it was healthy fat - except the milkshake yummmmmmmBut with all my pregnancies (and therefore regular hcg) I would lose weight until around month 5/6. So I'm guessing it's just the norm for my body but wanted to make sure that I wasn't in trouble for this week somehow.
Also, I've downloaded the gourmet cookbook and will definitely be going through that, since hubs will most definitely quit without it, but a couple questions: mixed green salad = iceberg salad mix? Or something else? Should I just buy a head of lettuce/romaine/spinach and mix it all up? Lean beef = ?% All I can find at stores in our area is 7%. So should I use that or skip ground altogether and use some other beef. Steak - sirloin? round? cube? I've tried finding answers but either I'm missing them (completely possible) or I'm the only person uninformed enough on this (also completely possible lol)
