I think I'm not following the diet properly. I am on day 3 of P2. I have lost a couple of pounds but I think I'm not following the eating schedule as I'm supposed to. I'm so confused.
Does anybody have the diet eating schedule? I can't seem to find it online and it didn't come with my HCG pellets.
I just need to know between how many hours I should take the pellets and eat. How long I should wait between meals. I think I should follow an specific time schedule so I'm not that confused.
I REALLY appreciate the help. This is my first time doing the HCG diet.

I am about to start this adventure. I just recievved my corion 5000 IU (3 of them for a 40 day round.) This is a first round for me. A couple of questions, please.
1. I see a lot about vinegar, white and apple cider but I don't remember seeing it mentioned in Pounds and Inches. That is not to say it isn't. I might have overlooked it. Is it okay, really? My mind is stuffed with information right now.
2. I will be doing the drops and I think I have the mixing down pat. Start at .5 cc to equal 166 iu. What times is it best to take the drops. Since they are every 12 hours, I need some input.
3. I take melatonin plus some other meds. The melatonin have glycerin in them way down on the inactive ingredient list which means there is not much in there. I am wondering if my other meds might also contain glycerin. It must have something to do with helping hold the ingredients in the pills together. Didn't see anything about glycerin in P and I. Thoughts on this. Obviously, I cannot stop some of my meds right now. But am keeping a close watch on my BP and have a doctor appt end of the next month and will get some blood work. May be able to come off more meds by then.
4. I use Dove soap to both shower with and wash my hair. Since it rinses out, is it okay to use? This is not a cheap diet to do so my funds are pretty slim to start with. Can't really afford to purchase all sorts of specialty stuff.
I have my digital scale to weigh myself on, and my digital scale to weigh my food on. I have tea, and I have my stevia. I think I am ready to go.
Well, that's it in a nutshell. I am really nervous. I weigh in at 180 and eventually need to get to 130 to get the BMI to below overweight. I am only 5-1, down from 5-2.5 with the onset of aging. I am so afraid I will be in the small fraction of folks where this does not work. I am a glass half empty person.

Just a quick question about hunger.......I am two weeks into this round and I'm getting hungry close to meal times. I don't remember experiencing this during my first round, so I'm just wondering if its normal to be hungry close to when I'm going to eat. I know you say that hunger is not good....means something is off. But didn't know if its okay since it's not an all day hunger. I appreciate your help!
Just a little bit of background info you may want/need:
This is my 3rd round. First round was injections and I basically stayed on 150 iu and had little to no hunger issues (lost 20 lbs). Second round I did HHCG drops....didn't go so well for me. I only lost about 5 lbs in 21 days so I was done with it. Just started a 3rd round two weeks ago....this time I'm doing the injections again. The first couple of days I had mild hunger, which I believe is to be expected at first, then I was doing okay for about a week. This last week I struggled with hunger and trying to use your advice about skipping days and changing doses. Seemed like I couldn't really get a hold of the right does. Now I am back to just 150 ius and I'm pretty okay throughout the day...but hungry around meal times. I'm not sure if I should skip another day and see how I do? I'm just so worried that I will be losing the wrong kind of fat and wont stabalize......god forbid I would gain this weight back!!! I might lose it! haha....
Anyway, I appreciate any help or advice you might have for me!

Trying this for a 3rd time. First round- success! Second round....well, not so much.
Currently on R3/ P2/ injections
R1- Lost 20 lbs. Stabalized 3-5 lbs. above LIW
R2- Lost about 5 lbs. in about 20 days. Had a very rough time!
R3- Here goes nothing! Really would love to lose about 25 lbs. in able to stabilize with a 20 lb. loss
hello, I am on day 8 of my vlcd R1 p2. so far so good 10.5 down from preloading. I have a bunch of questions! Any help would be great!
3days ago I had a 2.5 drop (scale could be iffy only does .5 increments) the next 3 days 159 (no a.m. B.M.!), 159 (no a.m. B.M.!-then stomach upset d-word in the afternoon) and today 158.5 (smooth move tea -coffee didn't weigh until I had the BM) at any rate things seem to have slowed down. I just learned the smooth move is good to have in the afternoon for the next am so I will try that. I have been doing everything pretty strictly. Not sure if this is considered stalling but it is a slow down.
I was counting calories and adding more fruit or veggies because I was in the low 400's for the first few days.
Should I concentrate on calories or measurements?. I find if I do 4 oz of meat then I easily get to the 500.
Also I know its controversial been cooking with about 2tsp per day of Spectrum Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (divided in two meals). Thoughts?
I also have been really bloated at night the past few days, feeling terribly full and yucky about an enormous stomach at bedtime and when I wake up! Is this bad
food combining because I have been having fruit a hour or 2 after dinner?
I am using hhcg for Rebekahs Pureliving. The site has tons of good reviews but I don't see it mentioned here much. http://www.rebekahspureliving.com/.
The other thing is I really don't want to eat wheat I may be allergic so I skipped that the first few days then I began having 6 Blue Diamond Almond Nut-Thins (16 cals for 6 total fat .3g). Does it matter when you eat the bread product I usually save if for when I am snacky later at night.
Is this too many questions for one post!!???
Whats the best times to take the hcg? I usually do it after waking, between lunch and dinner and then later in the evening , but I am wondering if this could cause the bloating.
I am appreciative of all the info here! Wanting to make the most of it.
Bonus info:I feel so good and energized and my tummy is rumbly but I don't feel the normal hypoglycemic awful that I used to between meals.

smosus, try skipping your next shot and see if it's better. It's common to have to lower the dose with every round.
mom, you should NEVER add more fruit. Not ever. Even 2 is too much for a lot of us who have insulin issues. I would not eat the almond things. Those aren't on protocol. IT's great to skip the wheat and just not replace it with anything. You can have a little extra protein if you like. That doesn't seem to hurt anything as long as you don't go over 500 calories. But extra fruit DOES slow you down. And you will do better if you don't snack after dinner. You should have 3 hours after a meal before you go to bed.

I've read that you rec'd a 30 days of VLC, for max stabilization. Why is this? i've done rounds in the past and only done 21-23 days of VLC and 2 of the rounds i DID NOT STABILIZE! I am on day 19 now and having a hard time continuing. I have not cheated. Do you think that going for 30 days, followed by 48 hours of VLC post last hhcg drops will help me do the best? i'm at a rather low weigh for me and haven't been this low is about 10 years.

Hi, very new to HCG - started the drops without any prior information. Lost 7lb in the first 7 days with one "cheat day". It's Day 12 and I have had 1 cheat day and now only lost 3.lbs in 5 days. Have I stalled? I have also just realised that my drops are homeopathic - only just realised there is a difference does anyone know anything about HCG Fusion? Thanks for any help and advice.
