It's not related to being off HCG but it IS likely related to something you're eating like maybe dairy or eggs. I would cut both of those out for now and see how you feel without them.
Ever since I started on P3 (Last injection Saturday, 2/11) I've experienced nausea. No, I'm not pregnant, but the nausea is similar. The only time I felt okay was after eating a totally OFF protocol Chinese Dinner on Valentines Day.
I'm not a person who has nausea often (and I don't get seasick), but my inclination is to take probiotics and enzymes although I think this nausea isn't related to food intake. Yesterday, I had a BAB of eggs and chicken, and had mucho ground beef and bleu cheese for dinner.
Grammy, do you know what might cause this? It seems more related to my being off the hCG than to what I'm eating . . . do you agree or not? Any ideas about what to do to stop this?
I don't want to interfere with whatever my body is doing to readjust, but I'd like to know if anyone else had this problem and what did you do?
Thanks so much!

Indeed, that makes sense. However, I was nauseated for two days before I had any eggs (I did the 3 days of VLCD after stopping injections). And that has continued. If no one else gets nauseated from stopping, I guess I need to look for other solutions. Heart? Thyroid?
Meanwhile, I'll folow your suggestion and cut out the eggs (I don't do dairy as in milk etc.). I'll let you know if I find the solution. The probiotics and enzymes didn't fix it!
You had blue cheese though. That's dairy.

Ah, yes, true. And that was after I had already been nauseated for 3-4 days so that could have been an exacerbating cause. Last injection Saturday. Nauseated Sunday. Monday. Eggs Tuesday and nauseated. Bleu Cheese Wednesday PM with ground steak . . . etc. I didn't have any Blue Cheese yesterday.
Also, I cut down my T3 a little to see if that will have any effect. Also took various enzymes at bedtime (probiotics etc during day weren't effective).
Thanks for helping me troubleshoot Colleen. My cat would be traumatized if I told him I was having kittens.
LOL! so you were nauseated before you even got to P3? You were still eating P2 on Sunday and Monday. So I suspect you have some kind of tummy issue going on. Is it any better?

Thanks for the good thoughts Grammy! I guess that's right. I counted first day of no injection as P3 and that's when I felt nauseated. Eating high protein/fat did nothing to help. Today, I'm feeling better. Improved. Time will tell. Could be another immaculate conception though. Will advise <g>
Thanks @badkitty. I'll letcha know. Miracle kitties / mixed species are pricey!
