As far as I have heard if you are on hhcg then it is only 48 hours. But sounds like at this point you are probably close to 72 so I would just transition to P3. I know you posted this morning and didn't get a reply! You probably could have gone ahead and started P3 today. Not sure about flax seed but if it is P3 allowed then yes why wouldn't you be able to use it with other P3 approved ingredients? Lastly, yep almond flour/meal is allowed because all it is is crushed almonds. I think the only difference between the almond flour and almond meal is that the meal still has the skins when it's crushed! But you might want to be careful. I have read and know for me that nuts aren't the best choice. I love almonds and can not keep them in the house because I can't just eat a few at a time!
