Hi, I have several questions I am hoping someone can help me with.
I was on P2 for 30 days and lost 22 lbs. Today at 10 pm will be 72 hours with out the HCG drops. The book I have says you have to wait 72 hrs before you can start P3. On the internet, I am reading a lot of people start P3 in 48 if they took the drops. Not sure what to do. I stopped the drops because now that school is out, I am a lot more physically active (with livestock) and I am lightheaded all the time and have no energy. I never had that problem until I increased my physical activity. Reducing physical activity isn't possible. Those darn animals still want to eat and need to be cleaned up after. Anyway, I am not hungry, just weak and light headed and no energy.
1. I need to know how do I determine when I can start eating P3 foods? 72 hrs or 48 hrs?
1. Flax seed is allowed in P3 so can I use it to make muffins etc as long as the other ingredients are also on the P3 approved list?
2. I see a lot of people use Almond flour/meal. Is that approved for P3?
