    So it is about 8p.m. here and I am ok. I have stuck to te diet today and still have a fruit left to eat. Hunger is not bad! NOTHNG I MEAN NOTHING like last 2 1/2 days/night!

    so it is 11:30p and the hunger set in about 10:30p!! I was craving carbs and fat!!

    Was it hunger or just cravings? You get cravings on occasion. Go to be earlier. LOL

    I guess it was more cravings.....i should have just drank water
    So i am going to try this again today! Should I do .175 or .150??

    thank you! Sorry for all the questions, so do I just squirt out the extra and then give myself the shot?

    Hi! Just checking in to let you know, today the hunger pains were very low. Still had them but nothing like before. I took .150no real cravings yet....although cookies popped into my head a couple times
