A ticker is a way to track your weight loss while also showing others your progress. A ticker is displayed in your signature. If you don't know how to create a signature visit Adding A Signature
1. Go to a ticker site (a popular one used on this site is Weight Loss - Diet Ticker)
2. Follow the necessary steps, once you are done you will land on a page that provides the necessary code to display your ticker on other sites
3. Copy the BBcode that is displayed on the above mentioned page
4. Visit http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...=editsignature and paste the BBcode into the text area provided
5. Click on Save Signature

Hi Jarret, I printed out your instructions about the ticker, but even after I've pasted into the designated signature box, no ticker comes up. Help--I am not computer savy. Thanks. What can I be doing wrong?
You have part of the bbcode in your signature already, you just need to copy the entire bbcode that it gives you.
It should look something like...

Jarret, I have done all that and still no ticker when I post. What am I doing wrong? Please?
Jarret, my ticker comes up when I post to you, but to no one else. Am I leaving a step out. I do click on save signature. Then when I post, I ---whoops, think I may know what i did wrong. Will try one more time.
Never mind, Jarret. Thanks for your help, I figured out what I was doing wrong. When I posted, I would (dummy) delete the show your signature box, thinking I was enabling that function. Duh! It's done now. Thanks. Next will be trying to put my picture on my post. Will probably need help with that, too. Thanks again.
