    Houston We have a problem!!!

I thought that would get your attention.. : ) Okay guys I have read about Cycling and I just want to make sure that I'm understanding this correctly,, As long as you have done a complete round P2,P3,P4 you can cycle. RIGHT or Wrong...
Aslo I'm on VLCD day 4 of R2 and about to die, not from hungry just from knowing that there's other food that I can be eating,I hate to say that but I think if I know that I can go between P2 and P3 I can make this round work cause I really enjoyed P3, so someone please help me out here your my only hope..

    Yes... you can cycle.

R2 is typically harder. Going from P3 and so many food choices and the fact that you're eating good and looking makes going back to P2 hard. But you can do this!

Sometimes just sticking it out for 30 or 40 days is easier than 2 weeks on then 1 week off, etc., just in those 3 weeks you could be half way done if not more. Also, it's harder to go back on after that 1 week break - you'll start making excuses to go just one more day. You'll have to really dedicated to cycle!

You CAN cycle because you can always break protocol anytime you want. However, I never recommend it because it's not proven. I know universal and others have done very well but I know just as many who haven't done very well. We don't really know how long term stabilization is affected.

Personally, the first week is always the hardest for me. If I thought I had to go back to first week every few weeks, I'd shoot myself. LOL

It will start to lose its potency around 21 days..... You most likely won't be able to use it for 2 weeks then off 1 week and then back to the same vial. It would be if'y

I did great in P3 and 4 never gain a ounce I DON'T HOW I manage to weight the same every moring but I never ate sugar in p4 and only almond flour so that could be the thing I really never have a problem with this diet and weight only the one time I cheated and gain .5 the next day so I know that's might be unheard of but I stayed the same every day so I'm hoping for about two more rounds but this time it's just way to hard I don't know what to do and only could think of cycling..

You're just in the hard first week back on P2. Hang in there and at the end of the week you'll think, wow, I actually got through that week. P3 is coming soon. Working through this hard stuff changes you inside. Short cutting the process won't help you in the long run.

It is harder...no doubt! My second round was by far the hardest mentally! Sometimes it's just easier to get it over with instead of prolonging the agony so to speak. Unless you can be really disciplined I wouldn't advise it. All of those foods you're missing will still be there in a month! You just need to decide it you'd prefer to get the weight off faster or eat those things sooner!
