Well here are my stats and my little story. My goal is to get between 175-180 and I started at 196. Well I actually started at 205 but I got down to 196 with good old fashioned well balanced meals and cardio.
I wanted to do P2 until my wife gives birth to our second son . Then jump into P3/Atkins for a week or two when we have the baby. Then right back to P2 untill I finish off the rest of my HHCG. Well I didn't make it that far i did 11 days of VCLD and I am now on P3 with no baby yet...
I have two questions. Will I still loose weight after I jump back into P2? Does anyone loose weight while on P3? I have been on P3 for 5days now with no loss?
