Exclamation Taking the less traveled road

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
    To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
    Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
    Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

    Robert Frost (18741963).

I went to see my ND today to get some advice on this next round R3. This will be a very different road than the one that got me this far. I have no idea what will happen but i will trust her and my own body in its requests.

the details will be coming as i can work them out but the plan at a high level is as follows

    R3
    Load 2 days
4100 kcals made up of 12% protein 88% carbs 0% fat. The carbs are restricted to non gluten sources of grain, leafy green vegetables, and fruit ( 50% )

    P2 20 days
HCG Dose 120 IU once daily in the evening
    500Kcal made up of 30% P 20% C and 50% F or 38g P , 25 g C, 27g F

    P3/4 30 days

    This is way different.
This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

Why mess with a good thing though?
I mean if it ain't broke, why fix it?

Is that to help you get through the rounds easier? I did a short round and after 5 days upped my calories/protien up to 800 calories and still lost. P3 went the best. I have settled at 3# over LIW.

how are you "loading" with no fat? 120 subq? do you think that is going to manage your hunger?

i'm also curious as to why you're changing it up, when you lost so well. although at your weight you're probably going to lose fairly well with just about any plan, as long as you can keep your hungry under control.

Quelson - good luck to you!! I have really enjoyed being able to cycle. I think my body does a better job of keeping up with the losses this way and I still can't get my head around "reintroducing" carbs for 3 weeks or so and then starting all over again. I hope your plan goes as expected.

I have worked with my ND for 2 years, i trust her. I didnt go to her to alter the program, but to find out if it was time to add vegetables. Last round all of the vegetables on the protocol caused em to stall and so i stopped eating them. Along the way we got some interesting answers that took us in a different direction andso we started asking lots of other questions. these were the answers we got.

Thanks, it has been a long 56 days. I am trying to hold my expectations at bay. I assume what ever my body is asking for it needs.

Loading with no fat, yes I guess that is the question isnt it.
My question is what it is my body is wanting that it feels it is missing. I have been getting twinges of a need for sucrose even thougt at this point i hate sugar. I wonder if this is something like carb loading for marathoners.

According to my body my hypothalamus is not yet completely reset, my sense is that my body mass is sending feedback that is keeping the "storage" switch open.

I too am confused as to the small dose, but for 20 days i can do anything right.
