I don't really know how I stumbled upon these posts...but I'm glad I did. Johnathan your "F the doctors" post and your accomplishment actually had me in tears. I'm so so very proud for you and in awe of you. Then, before I could get done with my sniffling the rest of you had me laughing my butt off. I hope to pass you guys in the hall some. Y'all are so encouraging. Thanks
This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

Truthfully, I've been doing that within the 500 calorie protocol--cycling the calories and sometimes going with straight protein at 500 calories.Going fewer calories and then all out. That's a lot easier to do ON the hcg without the hunger. I've tried a lot of things this round.
That's why I wondered on you current round why there wasn't a concentration on protein days. I just figured, it's harder to store and useful for muscle. I thought you'd lose faster on protein. But maybe that's not the point; the speed I mean.
The only thing that really hurt me this round is the WAAAAAY too much coffee consumption in the last 7 -10 days. When you dehydrate yourself you have no vehicle to release the fat from the cells. I didn't really have a choice though. Survival. Otherwise, I was able to manipulate the stalls.
