I started my 2nd round today - the fat loading days. Had a fried chicken salad w/ranch and the fried seafood feast for dinner complete with loaded baked potato and hushpuppies. My first round wasn't as successful as I'd hoped, I lost 12 pounds in 26 days and the weight stopped coming off, but I didn't load properly and I cheated. I have kept those 12 pounds off, though - for 2 months without even trying and I eat whatever I want. I will not be cheating in round #2!
My goal is 30 more pounds. That'll put me at 135-140 and I'm 5'1'' - size 8 for me. I'm looking for a BMI under 30, too. But I feel like crap right now - too much fried food and I just want to go to sleep. Good luck, everyone!

I plan on only doing this for the 3 weeks as I only want to lose about 10-15 lbs (depending on where these load days put me). I KNOW I will need all the support I can get from y'all as I work with a bunch of gals who feel the need to bring in baked goods daily and also fill up a candy bowl each morning. *sigh* Heaven give the the strength to walk past all these temptations!!
