so I found out today that Im not taking the right stuff and that I have been pretty much just starving myself. My drops, the real thing, will be here tomorrow or tuesday, should I load again???
I thought tomatoes were part of the original protocol? After 2 days of the VLCD, I have no hunger pains....but I also noticed that this morning I had gained instead of losing. I am also very constipated. Could that be the reason for the gain of 0.4lbs? I drank a healthy cup of coffee this morning thinking that would help but it didn't. Is anyone familiar with the the Basi fish? Is this too fatty for the diet? Just curious. Thanks...
Your weight loss is phenomenal!!! You should be so proud! I hope I loose 1/2 as good as you are! I'm on R1/P2/D5 & I've lost 6.4 lbs!!! Keep up the good work!!!
