    Load day 1 for me. I have competed many rounds, but now up 10 lbs from where i want to be, and think i'd like to lose 10 more...so here I go again. eating fried chicken, ice cream, cashews, and cheesecake.

    Today is load day 1 for me. I started this morning on my pellets and had a large breakfast. Not really to hungry for lunch but will try and eat something. The pellets say take 3 pellets 3 times per day....so I"m hoping come the day of the first VLCD they are working like they should, and I won't need to make any adjustments.

    This is my very first time taking hhcg....so I have no idea what or how my body will react. I hope I get good results

    You and me both Mrs. T. What kind of pellets did you get?

    Well its like 3.00 and all I've had today was what I mentioned above (nuts and nut butters, ben+jerry's ice cream, egg yolks for breakfast). I just can't get myself to "gorge". I'll go up to the kitchen and have a few tablespoons of peanut butter and some nuts, maybe a couple tablespoons of ice cream, but I can't get myself to go buy pizza and brownies and stuff.

    Took my second dose at 2, and at 3 I had a vanilla frap with chocolate protein powder. Are my food choices okay? Shoudl I be eating more? you guys seem to be doing well ... someone mentioned steak and mac n cheese. awesome!

    They are good food choices because they have good fats and good protein in them but you need to push yourself to eat more of them. You will be okay if you don't but it's supposed to make the first week easier if you load well the first 2 days.
    I'm hoping to eat once more today but I don't see how. Maybe something with peanut butter or something. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow at all.

    Hahaha, me neither Cheli. I have contemplated skipping load day 2 and just going to VLCD but I have this voice in my head telling me to just stick it out. I was on vacation this past week, so believe me, I got my load in days last week. I just WISH like hell I had the pills then, because now its like... MORE load days for the sake of taking the pills.

    I know what you mean. But the pills won't be effective until the 3rd day really so it's not recommended that you skip the 2nd day. Although some people do skip the 2nd day on subsequent rounds. We can do it

    Yeah. Grammy told me we need 48 hours of hCG in our system before it actually starts being effective. I'm just going to follow protocol. Just need to get through today and tomorrow... are you following protocol on your diet for p2? many people do their own thing but I'm afraid to experiment. Lol. (The voice in my head again telling me to stick with the Protocol.)

    I generally stick pretty close to protocol depending on how my body reacts to the menu. I'm not doing the bread because it made me stall the last time I did it but I generally stay pretty close to the original protocol.
