My daughter just gave me her leftover bacon and egg. I finished it off and I now feel like that guy on Man vs Food after eating 7lbs of food LOL.

It is so hard to swallow when you are no longer hungry, but I feel this is a very important part of this so I am going to do my best to eat. and eat. and eat.

At least I can always drink cream.

I lost 80lbs on low carb, reached 141 a year ago and have since gained back 17lbs

Did you say cream!!!??? How I miss it in coffee!! I did come up with an alternative, mind you it's not great but the better than a measly tbs of milk. I put the Walden's Farm marshmallow dip in my mini food processor along with the milk (otherwise it is like jello in your coffee) and it helped it dissolve a little better and I actually was happy when I drank it. I tried their peanut spread and I can stomach some nasty diet food but it was GROSS!
Anyway enjoy loading, it will be over to soon!

Just re-read portions of P&I, and Dr. S does say that some people it takes until the 5th or 6th day to feel great. I am pushing through.

glade- bacon and eggs in butter sounds wonderful right now

I cannot have anything sweet because it just causes cravings for me. I have been sweet free for over a year and don't even dare to go there again.

I am going to switch to a vanilla rooibos tea tomorrow... it is a tad sweet but not sweet enough to cause cravings. I don't even buy milk anymore, so I won't bother. My husband uses heavy cream in his coffee so it will be hard to have it in the house. But I have to do what it takes to get this weight off so I will persevere.

That will be the hardest part I am sure... well that and learning how to cook chicken breasts again

<3 thanks, but I am a little rogue so you may not want my advice and I did a VERY long round. Almost 9 weeks of injections. But I am here to offer any kind of advice to anyone willing to listen. I love this site. It's so helpful. Especially mgsongadnce, she is my hero!

I will be in the rogue thread soon! I cannot tolerate grains or fruit and have no choice but to eat rogue!

It was a rogue thread on another forum that piqued my interest in hcg
