Hi All! I'm new to hcg dieting. I'm loading on the 29th and 30th. Beginning 500 calories on Dec 1st. I'm using homeopathic VOX pellets. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I've been unable to lose on any diets, so am a more than a little bit worried that this might just be more of the same.

I have no problems with following any diet protocol without cheating. I just have issues with losing weight while following them. I gained weight on Weight Watchers. If I hear one more person give me a lecture about my problem being "starvation mode" I think I'll spit!

So I'm really hpoing that I'm still here and losing in a few weeks. I'll definitely be doing the happy dance if that happens.

I have to figure out how to get notifications of responses. I thought no one responded after me. I have lots of catching up to do.

I've lost my load weight plus a pound. Not yet back to LIW from last round. But I'm pretty sure I'll get there tomorrow. Only 1.2 to go anyway.

I have to say that I'm pretty hungry. But I am painting a room and moving a whole crap load of books from the den. Burning lots of energy. I also might play a little with my dose. I'm at 150 injection right now. It worked for me last round. Maybe I need to reduce????

    9/1 Start R1 - 214.8
    10/9 LIW - 191.8 - 23 pounds, 31.25" lost

    11/24 Start R2 - 194

Rosie - how is Dawn struggling? Hungry? I eat an egg for breakfast during Phase 2. I need that protein to help me start of the day. I started last round with drops and just couldn't NOT be hungry - so I switched to injections and never had a problem the rest of the round. BUT I am having some problems at the beginning of this round - maybe my body is just trying to whimp out! But my brain won't let me. Boo-ya! Besides the egg, I also eat brussel sprouts and broccoli. They're not on original protocol, but I added them last round with good results. So, I'll be using them this round, too. I also confess that I use coconut oil to make my egg not stick or to sautee onions.

Hi Everyone! I am starting Round 2 Monday, 12/5 - loading 12/5 & 12/6. I am pretty excited at starting R2 since R1 was so successful. I'm doing HcG injections, following a Weight Loss Boot Camp program through my doctors office, its an awesome program with weekly weigh-in's, workouts with a trainer and all the aids needed to make this successful. If anyone is in the Phoenix, AZ area and wants some information, just let me know. This program is covered by my insurance, I just pay my weekly co-pay and for the HcG - although the HcG hasn't cost me anything due to a promotion going and ad in the local paper, which covers the cost of the HcG.

Round 1 started off great - ended during a crazy, stressful time. A 4-day trip to visit my daughter & our first grandchild which turned into 2 weeks, I transitioned to P3 while out of state. I know I can do a better transition this time and am very excited to start my second round of HcG. I am really looking forward to the 500 cal VLCD (plus 2 protein shakes), I know that probably sounds wierd but its so much easier for me to plan and prepare with a limited amount of food.

I'm looking forward to sharing this time with fellow December loaders! Lets get to losing!

    Round 1:
    9/8 Started R1 @ 189 lbs
    10/20 - End of R1 P2, 170 lbs
    11/28 - End of R1 P3 169 lbs

    Round 2:
    Load Date: 12/5 - 12/6
    VLCD Day 1: 12/7/11

Oh Nettek, eggs + brussel sprouts + broccoli would give me stomach bloat so bad I wouldn't have space for hunger!

AZTraceFan, are you having 2 protein shakes in addition to the 500 cal/day? What is the brand of the shakes?

Strange that you woke up hungry after all that food. Maybe it's the dosage you're using. I'm sure some vets like Grammy or Beth would be able to help you with this.

Eggs, broc, and brussels sprouts don't bloat me. lol But it's that TOM I knew I was due soon - but I thought it was going to be in the middle of the round. Not at the beginning. Well, I guess I will lose a couple pounds one of these days when my bloat is gone. I'm not at my LIW from last round yet like I thought I would be today. Of course, with all the running around and painting I did - I always DON'T lose weight when I physically exert myself. Like my body wants to hold onto it.

Hope everyone is getting over that hunger bump. I hate the first week. It's brutal.
