Hi there!! Im a newbie! Just started my drops and loading today 1st feb 2011. Im so excited for this! Although i actually find it difficult with the loading period, eating all this fat. Mainly today i have just been eating HEAPS of nuts and cheese, avocado, ice cream some chocolate. I hope its ok but the whole time it just feels bizarre stuffing my face when im on a "diet" haha.

I'm kind of a newbie.... I've tried this diet before, but have never completed. So I am here, all researched up and prepared to actually accomplish this!!! I am on the drops (actually took them correctly this morning) and have been trying to load properly. I'm so glad I found this forum to help me through this and all the expertise on this site is overwhelming (in a good way ) So let's go February starters!!!

Hi, today is my second load day. I am so not hungry but drinking some whole milk is helping load it in. It think it feels weird too but can't wait to see these lbs melt away! I would love to get 34 off this Round of 40 days, we shall see. Years ago I did an even stricter diet and was successful at that so I know I have the willpower. But since then I have quit smoking and have been taking way too many vacations so it slowly crept back on. I cancelled all vacations (I still have to travel for work, ugh) and have been watching youtube success videos so I am geared up and ready!! Bring it on!

I am on my second loading day and the no hunger thing is already working. I have had to force myself to eat. My husband and I are doing this and it is our 3rd round. He lost 55 pounds in the first 2 rounds and I lost 30. Doesn't it just stink that men lose almost double what women do?? Anyway, I gained 13 back due to gallbladder issues and having to go back to eating carbs! I was doing so well until then maintaining by doing low carbs! My husband has gained 19 back due to eating whatever he wants. Hopefully this time we will be able to keep it off. We are doing the 23 day round so Feb. 25th is already calling our names I did find it odd though that today I had already dropped 2 pounds and I really ate yesterday. Oh WEll!! When I was pregnant I lost 15 pounds at the beginning each time! I think my body really like HCG!! LOL Good luck guys I can't wait to see all of the lbs lost as of Thursday or Friday morning.

R2P2 VLCD1 for me today, Feb 01. I messed up over the holidays and am starting over. Trying to do things a bit differently this time around! Looking forward to seeing what the end of the week brings...or rather takes away!

I'm on my second loading day for R2 also! I really dislike the way I feel during loading and find myself looking forward to that "empty" feeling of P2. I hope I don't have the detox fun this time, but since I have been eating pretty bad and drinking tons of diet coke since the holidays....yeah, I probably will pay for it! : ) I can't wait to start losing again!!!
