I myself very actively belong to three threads besides this one. It was four, but I dropped P3 for big eaters for a Vegetarian thread. So that's "Hating P4", "Drops from Celeste..." and some vegetarian thread that I forget the name of... just joined it yesterday. So, your idea about visiting profiles and dropping messages is probably a good idea.... unless I see you in one of the other one's I'm in ;-)

Hope everyone is doing well. I started r2p2 vlcd1 today and doing it vegetarian, so we shall see how this goes. If it doesn't go well, I may have to just make myself eat chicken again.

lawgal Wow how do you keep up with four - I've been on three threads, but just one that has many posters now. I'd be interested in the vegetarian thread because of the gout thing and I just felt better last year when I was basically vegetarian bordering on vegan sometimes. (I did use honey occasionally which is considered not being vegan) I definitely want to keep in touch and follow each others progress, cheerlead, jump up and down, etc -

Saw my regular Doctor today most numbers were good on the bld tests, but my cholesterol was way up and I haven't been eating that much meat because of the gout. I have the ok to continue, but I'll have to figure out a way not to have it aggravate the Gt.

So, if you remember the name of the vegetarian thread I'd be interested - I'm going to start R2 this Sunday.

You girls are brave for going vegetarian although I am getting a little tired of chicken. Thank goodness for this thai curry chicken soup that I love. You can always catch up with me via profile or PM me. I watch a few threads but lifes been busy so not posting a whole lot right now. Hope you all have a good night!

Kagee, the thread is called I'm a vegetarian. Those on it don't post too often but there was alot of good info on the thread. Also the one called Vegetarians how are your losses is good too.

    Good luck Nicole!

I was 184.0 this morning - made and ate a bunch of my spicy beef asparagus dish yesterday and while the asparagus may have helped P-ing, beef didn't help gout - nor did being out a lot and not drinking enough, so inflammation/gout city last night. Am exploring vegetarian threads and plan on doing some combo of vegetarian/ regular protocols this round - whatever works for all conditions of this body.

I'm trying to dial back my weigh-in time to earlier - The reason I weighed later initially was because I usually had to go get my shot at the office in the afternoon... wanted to weigh closer to the time I would be weighed in the office. Now that I will be doing it myself I want to do it earlier, so I can start gusseling liquids earlier - 4 eating days to over-eating days- FFF-ing today
    happy thinning day to all

Hi, back from my cruise for about a month. Have kept the weight loss off - yeah. I'm going to start another round as soon - I'm just dreading it.

Everyone keep up the good work.

I''ve finishing up something for a friend, had appts and went to LL's math circle class last night - sorry haven't been near -

New me dietary info - I had some wheat flour in the form of cake(1 pc carrot and 1 sm pc white in the last week, got away with it. BUT... combine yeast with it and whhuuummpppp! +5lbs this morning from yesterday. Not changing ticker.
I had my first actual bread type objects yester-day/night and gain 5 lbs overnight - Did drink and 'P' yesterday TMI-ed and ate about 2300 cals... NOT 17,000+ cals it would take to gain fat lbs, so being selective today, drinking lots, eating protein - not exclusively. I was told by someone more than a year ago that when she went gluten-less, in about three weeks her pain level went down considerable - I've been away from breads for, what three months? about~ - I can tell you the return of the level of muscle, joint, etc. pain and weakness is so not worth eating bread. Lettuce sandwiches here I come.

Found a Icelandic style Skyr (yogurt) the other day at Whole Foods, brand name Siggi's - live cultures ... 0% fat, grade A, from grass fed cows, no hormones, no aspartame, no sucralose, no gelatin, no artificial colors, no preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup. S0, thinking, the plain might be ok for me to use or to use as a starter on P2 - it is thick like Fage, but not as thick. ? Use as a starter for Lactaid skim milk to make crock pot fage-ish yogurt

welcome back crusincongratulations on keeping the weight off - I'm actually looking forward to starting again, but it will be a challenge - I'm going to have to balance food reactions and protocol. I'll be partially vegetarian-ing it this round.
I think I'm going to delay my start day and let this bread reaction go down - I may do a Phase one week first before loading.

    best of days to you
