    Hi all,
just thought I'd share this-it helps with my choc cravings.I have this regularly and had no adverse effects.

    1 whole egg + 3 whites,
stevia to taste - I use 1/2tsp of pure stevia powder.
    2 tsp raw cacao powder.
Blend all above together, cook as an omelette in a non stick frying pan until just set (or it gets too dry).Remove from heat and sprinkle a sachet of truvia over the surface.
Pour over the juice of 1 orange and sprinkle the chopped segments over one side of the omelette, fold over and serve.

I usually have the vege as a starter and this as the pudding.

Glad you're back MsFontella ..you only have 20lb to go ..you can do it

    Round 1 goal 122lbs
    Round 2 goal 112lbs

    Good Morning,

Astrid-I may have to try that since so far no stalls with eggs for me. i have added the defatted cocoa powder to my strawberry smoothie to get a little chocolate kick a few times which is pretty good if you add enough stevia.

well I am at 173.2 which is a .6 loss. I'll take it gladly! Make cabbage rolls for the first time yesterday. I have never been a cabbage fan- but these were yummy. It did take a loooong time to boil the cabbage for each leaf to be ready, but it was really good and something I could make for the whole family. I just measured my meat and then put toothpicks in mine so I ate the right amount.

hope everyone has a great Friday!

I have had little time for the forum this past week, but so glad everyone is posting as you encourage me every morning! thanks!

    Happy losing today!

Good morning! Well down .4 today for a solid -5 this week! Happy with that! My father-in-law arrives today and I plan to try those recipes, so hopefully all will go well. Had a great dinner last night - Filet and asparagus, yummy!

    Have a great Friday!

Good morning, all! Thanks for the recipe, astrid...sounds yummy.

Katie - I love, love, LOVE cabbage rolls. It's my favorite thing on this diet. I think because it's so filling. I'm making some tonight.

WTG, Pamela and Steph. Those are some nice numbers!

I'm down .6# today. I had bunco last night, which is always hard because the food that is served is never "diet food". There's candy, snacks, desserts, wine galore. But, I figured out a plan. I told them I was going to be a little late and go ahead and eat without me. I ate my shrimp and cucs before I left and had no issues with temptation at all while I was there. Awesome. Another hurdle conquered.

Now to get through another weekend. It's supposed to be rainy and yucky so we'll probably just snuggle up and watch some movies. Probably a good time to do my taxes, too. YUCK.

Three weeks til the cruise. Yippee!!!

They've changed the format...something to do with ads on the sides.
