I only gained .8 of a pound after my first loading day. I coudn't believe it, because I REALLY ate! My clinic advised that I eat something every 30 minutes, and that it be high fat. Well I did! I'm thinking that maybe the high fat content fills us up faster, so in the long run, we end up eating less - even though we feel like we're bursting out the seams!
I am so glad I came on here tonight. Thank you for the taco salad idea. DUH. I have no idea why I hadn't thought of that. I love taco salad and it's nice to have a little variety. I just texted to DH to pick up some cilantro on the way home so I can make some tomato/onion/cilantro salsa.YUM!
So today was another great day. I'm not hungry during the day, at all! It's great! I am finding that at night when I lay down to go to bed my tummy starts rumbling. Also, I have been FREEZING! Am I the only one who could freeze water with one touch? I had to take a hot bath last night, and that helped.
So, even though I haven't actually had cravings since the first vlcd - I found myself making a list of all the foods I want on my next loading day. Things I wish I would have eaten this last week and don't want to forget about, lol. It really is pathetic!

So far my VLCD day 1 has gone fairly well. I was a bit hungry late this afternoon and realized I wasn't drinking any water. After a glass of water I felt much better. I gained 2.8 on loading - hopefully it will be gone tomorrow.
I know where I went wrong so here goes again. Starting WT 219 on 7/21/12
