    Today is VLCD 10, down 1.0 today for a total of 8.8lbs (not including 2lbs load wt). Very happy with my progress so far and hunger is staying controlled. Need to get my ticker updated.

    I am not hungry very often. In fact, I had to force myself to eat dinner yesterday. They work great. I liked not having to wait for shipping as I wanted to start last weekend. I had been reading and thinking and was totally ready. I got the ones that are about $33.

    Are you sure your belly is fat, and not just loose skin? I have so many skinny friends who think they're fat because there is skin there now that isn't as tight as it used to be. But I know how you're feeling, taking a week to get off the load weight sucks! But maybe if you don't have high hopes of losing a pound a day, and if you stick to this for a good 30-40 day round, you may find you take off that last 10 pounds eventually. It will likely be slow going, but could be possible....if its fat. But you don't need to be hungry! If you are, your dose is off. What are you taking, by what method, and how much? I struggled with hunger my first week but once I got my dose right I was good to go, made the 40 days bearable. If you give me some details I can help you figure this out.

    50 somethin and feelin good

    Hi Isabella
    My weight before loading was 148.5. I did not weigh myself while loading but took the drops (I was too scared that I might be tempted to stop loading) and then got brave and weighed myself the morning of my first VLCD. I was blown away. Pretty happy with the results.

    Wow! That is awesome! I have heard some people do actually lose after loading but not too many. You are one lucky duck!

    Big fat 0 for me today. I am pretty down but trying to forget about it and move on. Yesterday I mixed for the first time onions with my chilli. I was starving and had 2 extra melba and 1/2 extra apple peeled. I had 2 bm's so I was sure I would lose. I guess eating even a little too much hurts. I just mixed a new dose 2 days ago, I hope that dose is right but I still feel hungry this morning. I do skips on Sunday so I will find out then if it is my dose.

    I would love to hear from those who have been on P3 if it is a happy time. Could use that kind of encouragment.

    R1: lost 15 lbs in 28 days, found out pregnant and stopped. Have PCOS so that was AMAZING! But gained all my loses back in pregnancy.

    Aw man, don't worry too much about the one day stall. It happens. You have lost consistently so it was bound to happen. But as far as P3...I LOVE it! I could live that way forever! Sure, no sugar and no carbs (other than from fruit/veges), but I never felt so satisfied in my life. And it was pretty easy to maintain, just watching everyday, making adjustments in your diet as needed. I ate pretty much whatever P3 foods I wanted and when I found myself over my 2 pound cushion, I either ate clean and lighter for 2 days or did a steak day and wah lah, I was right back down. I also found that it REALLY helped me stabilize if I ate the BAB (big ass breakfast) that I had read so much about. I didn't have to worry about eating it within 30 minutes of waking as suggested, I often ate it a couple of hours later. But if I ate my 3 eggs fried up in coconut oil, and a small little 4oz (steak or tri-tip) I would maintain really well. Bacon and Sausage worked too, but I found the beef was the best for me. The hardest part was I didn't want to eat that every day, so often tried other things instead, just to test the waters. I used real butter on my veges, olive oil on my salads and cooked most other things in coconut oil. Now and then if I had a sweet craving, I would have some coco crack made with xylitol. I find I prefer the xylitol to Stevia. In fact, I used xylitol in my coffee every day, along with full fat cream. Anyway, we will all be back there soon!

    I am starting over after finding out that my drops were not HCG drops. Buyers be careful...I spent 20sum days on these only to lose 7 lbs and gain in back with in 24hours. I purchased the right SL drops with HCG and started loading yesterday. My drops say to load for 3 days...does that matter? I really do not like this. I feel like such a pig and sluggish during this time, but if I must, I will eat that juicy steak and baked potato. Only because I know it is for the better. I am hoping that this forum will help keep me on track. Best of luck to the January Loaders!

    Welcome Maaberg! Looking forward to following your progress! Most of us only load two days, that's what the original protocol says to do, but either way, enjoy that steak and potato!

    I have been watching what I eat for months now and slowly lost 10 lbs & close to 20 inches all around.
    I bought this product because I seenn what it can do, so its my turn and I'm on my way to the new old me.

    My concern is Loading. I read about people pigging out eating KFC, McDonalds etc. I don't eat that stuff now
    so should I start? Or do I pig out on good fat foods like nuts, avacados, cheeses breads etc? I love donuts and honestly
    thought about getting a bunch for snacks for the 2 days.

    Any advise would be great. I'm ready to start the drops now but waiting until I have all my food bought for VLCD
    after loading.
