I haven't been online for several days so I've been trying to catch up with all the posts. Sounds like overall everyone is doing well. Hooray for those of you who are perservering through the rough spots. You are all such a great inspiration!!
This last week seemed much slower for me, but overall I did lose a total of 3.6lbs for week 3 and I have now made the descent into one-derland!! Woohoo!! I've been up and down small amounts all week and finally today I got a 1.2 loss. I had started out using some small size apples, but this last time I picked up a bag of large HoneyCrisp. They were wonderful, but I'm afraid that they caused me to slow down. Today I picked up a new bag of smaller size apples and I'm hoping that makes a difference.
I'm wondering if it is possible to need to reduce the amount of drops as you move further through P2. The first 3 weeks I had no hunger at all, but the last several days I've started noticing that I'm hungry more often. I'm wondering if the HCG builds up in your system and maybe I need to cut back? I'm not sure and I'm leery of changing my dose.
This too shall pass.....
R1-Starting Weight-213.6
Week 1-DOWN 6.6 LBS - 207.0
Week 2-DOWN 4.0 LBS - 203.0 (10.6 lbs total)
Week 3-DOWN 3.6 LBS - 199.4 (14.2 lbs total)
Week 4-DOWN 3.0 LBS - 196.4 (17.2 lbs total)
Week 5-DOWN 3.0 LBS - 193.4 (20.2 lbs total)
Week 6-DOWN 1.2 LBS - 192.2 (21.4 lbs total)
Great question. Personally, I calculate my losses from my pre-load weight. I figure that if I wouldn't have loaded, I wouldn't have gained that weight. So, I like to know how much weight I've lost from before starting the protocol. However, if you add in your loading weight, it does make you feel really good about your losses - especially if you gained a lot on those days.![]()

Chelz, do you mix your own? How long does one mix last for? Mine last for about 11-12 days and I have read that they can lose some potency towards the last few days. So I would think that it might mean you'd have to increase them a bit. But then again...could be a build up in your system too, so maybe decreasing would help, lol. I know, I know, I'm not much help now am I. You could always skip a day and see if you feel less hungry...and maybe that would be just enough to lower the levels in your blood stream a bit. And then if you're still hungry maybe try upping them just a tad...but it will take a few days to fully saturate at the new dose. And by then, you might need to re-mix anyway, lol. I HAVE found that right after I mix a new batch, my losses seem to be better for a few days or more.
Exactly! I have lost 9.1 (avg .39/day) from pre-load...but 15 (avg .52/day) if I include loading!

I found their newest coupon and it is currently running $399 for 7 nights. http://www.groupon.com/deals/ga-m-resort-stays?p=39
You can choose between Cabo, Mazatlan, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta or Cancun. Yes, it's only for the hotel stay and does not include food or flight but that is STILL a great rate for a really nice resort. I bought onetoday. Not sure when I'll use it. I would love to go in the summer, but its their rainy season....maybe New Year's Eve next year! I have until 3/24/13 to use it.I do have a ton of flyer miles saved up but they don't fly to Acapulco...the one place on the list I haven't been to yet. Maybe that's why
. But I only did a quick stop in Cabo on a cruise and have always wanted to go back and stay a while so we'll see. Some of them have kitchenettes which I like to have so I can save some money on food. I don't need to be eating 7 days of Mexican food anyway! AND, many of them sleep 4 adults (and 2 kids) so maybe I'll get 3 girlfriends to go and we'll make it a mom's gone wild trip

Awesome, guess we got lucky when we booked last year for 9 days but still great! Yeah thats what we did. We got a room with a kitchenette to make food and pack lunches for beach days, and our room also sleeps 6. We have 2 adults and 3 kids with us. Its a suite with a balcony that overlooks the sea of Cortez and has a dipping pool on the balcony. We are very excited to get there! That is great that you booked one too, I am sure you will have a blast. I have never left the country and I am 23 with a 3 year old so its a little nerve wracking traveling internationally. I haven't even been on a plane at all since I was 12! I am getting nervous lol but I am sure it will be worth it. The price is awesome!! We want to go to a different country every year so our children can experience the cultures. Not sure where we are going next year yet. Jan- March is whale watching season and averages from 73-80 degrees and the water is still warm (from what I hear and reviews) thats why we picked now to go. Plus leaving winter behind to head to the beach sounded great at the time lol
kaston, you picked the perfect time for Mexico! Be sure to post pics!

Well, my 'roll' came to a shreeking halt today, no loss. No prob, all in all I'm still pretty satisfied with the way this round is going, I'm down 2 pounds more than I was in the first round on day 31 and my average is still at .5 per day.
Sorry ISABELLA, no picture, the snow has melted already, but we're expecting more, so I'll be sure to post a picture of my stunning view of the town of Dordrecht when it comes!
Question: We don't have the 'Fage' yoghurt here but I found a fat free one. It contains: 50 cal; 5.3 potein; 7 Carbs; 0.1 Fat. Is that comparable to the Fage?? And how much of it do you eat? I had 200-150-150 grams over the last 3 days and it certainly hasn't stalled me. Do you eat it as a protein or as an extra? It's great when I have another meal to eat and I don't feel particularly hungry and don't feel like cooking. Sheesh, who ever dreamed that not being hungry could form a negative???
My TOM ended yesterday and I had a nice whoosh today of -2. Boy did that feel good!
All this talk of Mexico is giving me the travel bug! I live in Alaska and this has been one of the coldest winters on record. Up until yesterday we were dealing with -35! It's a miracle my truck even started, or that I got out of bed, lol!
We are planning on taking a trip to Minnesota this summer. I haven't been there yet, but DH says it's beautiful.
Have a great day everyone!

For 50 calories of Fat Free Fage you get only 75g of it, 3.5 carbs, 9g protein, 0 fat. It's much denser, and lower in carbs, higher in protein than your typical fat free yoplait. But I think the small (6oz or so) containers are around 100-130 calories maybe? Do you have any other kinds of Greek yogurt? Or maybe some Middle Eastern types? You want one with a pretty high protein content, and you eat it in place of your proteins just like you might with cottage cheese. But then again if you're trying to up your proteins without increasing your normal 3.5-4oz of meats, you could probably have it as an extra to make up your 500 calories...like I have for breakfast from time to time.

I have been looking up Disney vacations all morning, then I come here and now I want to go to Mexico, lol. I am still eating p3 foods because I am still on antibiotics. I was down 1lb this moring to 159.2 which was shocking, but I'll take it. I have not been counting my calories, but I am just trying to eat p3 with little snacking (only have cocoa crack at night), until I decide if I should take my drops again or not. If my weight keep doing well I may just call it a short round and finish the next three weeks eating p3.
