Well, my 'roll' came to a shreeking halt today, no loss . No prob, all in all I'm still pretty satisfied with the way this round is going, I'm down 2 pounds more than I was in the first round on day 31 and my average is still at .5 per day.

Sorry ISABELLA, no picture, the snow has melted already , but we're expecting more, so I'll be sure to post a picture of my stunning view of the town of Dordrecht when it comes!

Question: We don't have the 'Fage' yoghurt here but I found a fat free one. It contains: 50 cal; 5.3 potein; 7 Carbs; 0.1 Fat. Is that comparable to the Fage?? And how much of it do you eat? I had 200-150-150 grams over the last 3 days and it certainly hasn't stalled me. Do you eat it as a protein or as an extra? It's great when I have another meal to eat and I don't feel particularly hungry and don't feel like cooking. Sheesh, who ever dreamed that not being hungry could form a negative???
    Pre-Loading R1 : 209

    Pre-Loading R2: 196.8

    ROUND 3
    LOAD Day 1: 183.6 / LD 2: 185.6
    VLCD day : weight = +/-:
    8: 177.6 = -1.1
    9: 177.0 = -0.6
    10: 176.3 = -0.7
    11: 173.0 = -3.3

My TOM ended yesterday and I had a nice whoosh today of -2. Boy did that feel good!

All this talk of Mexico is giving me the travel bug! I live in Alaska and this has been one of the coldest winters on record. Up until yesterday we were dealing with -35! It's a miracle my truck even started, or that I got out of bed, lol!

We are planning on taking a trip to Minnesota this summer. I haven't been there yet, but DH says it's beautiful.

    Have a great day everyone!

For 50 calories of Fat Free Fage you get only 75g of it, 3.5 carbs, 9g protein, 0 fat. It's much denser, and lower in carbs, higher in protein than your typical fat free yoplait. But I think the small (6oz or so) containers are around 100-130 calories maybe? Do you have any other kinds of Greek yogurt? Or maybe some Middle Eastern types? You want one with a pretty high protein content, and you eat it in place of your proteins just like you might with cottage cheese. But then again if you're trying to up your proteins without increasing your normal 3.5-4oz of meats, you could probably have it as an extra to make up your 500 calories...like I have for breakfast from time to time.

I have been looking up Disney vacations all morning, then I come here and now I want to go to Mexico, lol. I am still eating p3 foods because I am still on antibiotics. I was down 1lb this moring to 159.2 which was shocking, but I'll take it. I have not been counting my calories, but I am just trying to eat p3 with little snacking (only have cocoa crack at night), until I decide if I should take my drops again or not. If my weight keep doing well I may just call it a short round and finish the next three weeks eating p3.

Having the hardest time since on this diet today! I regained 1.0 of the 1.2 loss yesterday while staying POP. So disappointing. I found myself sad and upset. I wanted to punish the diet by binging. Went to Walmart and almost bought a box of little debbie but barely didn't. Came home and ripped out the gummy bears from my daughters going potty candy. Swore I would eat a handful but ended up eating just one. Paniced and to stop the soon to be binge popped a SF piece of gum in my mouth. This is the first cheat I have had and so happy I stopped at one gummy bear. I am so upset with my gain. WHy? Why? Why? I want to Cry!!!

    Hi All,

I've been absent a few days, busy with life and work. But happy to see all the progress you all are making.

I'm at VLCD20 and had been stalled the past three days. Today I finally had a .6 loss. Not a ton, but better then seeing the same number every day.

I've been feeling physically and emotionally great since week one. I wonder if maybe I have some type of food intolerance, since my body always feels so much better and energetic when I cut out the sugars and processed carbs. Does anyone else notice this change in the way they feel physically? For me, it's pretty dramatic. Just wondering. Thanks

Yes, I have much more energy and don't crave that 2pm nap! I am go go go till night. I love the energy. I guess it is the lack of bad carbs huh?

I totally relate! I am here trying to map out my attack on the wineries we will visit on our upcoming Sonoma Wine Barrel Tasting trip in 4 weeks. But I am also hopping around online trying to decide when and where I should book our car rental for our trip to Spain in May (hotels and flights are set!). And now I went and got myself searching out which city to visit in Mexico I have so many windows open it's CRAZY! Ay Ai Ai...well, planning is half the fun of traveling, right?
