    Thank you! Tomorrow will be my last dose. I was hoping to get to 145 but that's ok. I want to be able to enjoy a nice dinner out with my hubby for valentines and want to be on P3 for that. He will have been out of town for a few days so I'm looking forward to a nice night out with him.

    Morning. Down .25 again today but hit 24 lbs!!! 1 more to go and VLCD39 today
    Goal Weight - 140 lbs
    R1P2. 176.5 - 150.5 (-26 lbs)
    R2SW 154 - 159 after load
    P2 Week 1 - 147 (12 lb loss) -6.5 inches
    P2 Week 2 - 147 (0 lbs) -2 inches
    P2 Week 3 - 145 (2 lb loss)
    LDW - 145
    P3 End - 146

    I was back down to my pre-planned interruption weight yesterday...it took 4 days but, was well worth it!! Lol. No change today...hoping to move into new territory soon!!

    R1 (Oct 2012) Start weight - 169, LIW - 149.6 (30 day round)
    R2 (jan 2013) start weight - 160.6 - 145 (LIW) 30 day round with 10 day planned interruption at 20 day mark
    R3 started May 27 (maintained around 147-148 after R2) 156 after 1 1/2 weeks of loading!!! NOT planned, Grrrr!!

    AFM-down .2 today so that is encouraging. I was going to stick to fage and chicken yesterday but caved at night and had feta and a slice of cheese on my hamburger. I also had the munchies before dinner so I had a few spoons of almond butter. So I am hopefully that it was only the cream cheese that made me to gain so much and other cheeses will be alright. I am also encouraged that the almond butter didn't cause a gain. Although tomorrow will tell for sure. As for hubby he has stayed at 206 for 4 days now. I am convinced that he isn't eating enough though. yesterday he had smoothie for breakfast and dinner and 2 hamburgers for lunch. I was really surprised he did not lose eating only that.

    Today is VLCD 31, I take drops 3 times a day. I will take them today and tomorrow and then be done (do my 3 days or 72 hrs VLCD with no drops). Want to enjoy a valentines dinner with the hubby since he'll be out of town for a few days before. I will go through the 3 weeks of P3 to maintain then in P4 I plan to start some good exercising and hopefully lose a little more weight (or be happy with how I look toned)

    Im down 0.8 lbs.. wow my body love P3 foods, cause I'm steadily loosing weight
    Started@ 263.8 lbs /- 8 lbs with Master Cleanse.
    July 2012Load: 255.8 to 258.8 lbs
    Round 1: (14 days) : - 15.2 lbs ( - 18.2 lbs w/load)LIW 240.6 lbs

    Coffe Cake Mug Cake

    Coffee Cake Mug Cake

    For the batter:

    3 tbsp spelt flour (or white. For gf: a commenter had success with 1 tbsp rice flour and 2 tbsp almond flour.)
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/16 tsp salt
    1 stevia packet (or 1/32 tsp pure) or 1 tbsp sugar
    1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp water
    2 tsp oil or melted margarine or applesauce (I prefer the oil/margarine, but thatís simply because Iím not a fan of fat-free baked goods.)
    1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
    For the streusel: (If you like a lot of streusel, feel free to double all ingredients below.)

    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1 and 1/4 tsp sucanat or brown sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp oil or melted margarine (once again, use applesauce if a fat-free version is desired)
    tiny, tiny pinch salt
    2 pecan halves (or walnut halves)
    (If using an oven, preheat to 330 F.) Combine batter dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet and mix until just mixed. In a tiny bowl, combine all streusel ingredients. Fill a greased muffin tin 1/2 way with the batter (or a ramekin or mug, if using the microwave). Sprinkle on two-thirds of the streusel, then spoon the remaining batter on top. Finally, sprinkle on the rest of the streusel. Cook 12-13 minutes in the oven, or around 1 minute in the microwave. (Microwave times may vary.)

    Today is day 23, last round this was a BIG day for me, I really struggled as to whether or not I wanted to keep going. Today is not even a bump in the road. I am definitely going at least 30 days, I'll see where I am there! Had a bit of a stall, but down .2 today, so I'm happy with that, I hope it keeps dropping!!

    Going skiing this weekend, both days, so not sure if that's going to stall me out again... Hard to eat clean up there, but I'm hoping I can find a place that can grill a steak or chicken breast with no oil and steam some veggies for me!
