    Starting my 1st load day tomorrow so I guess I am on pre-load day LOL Hoping to get in lots of good fats and maybe some bad. My Dr. really wants me to get in as much as I can so I will have less issues with hunger.

    Tried this program on my own a month-or-so ago but could not get the hunger to subside. So still going to count this as R1. I figure I am going to have some problems anyways because of the candida & yeast issue, pretty sure that is what caused me so many issues the 1st time around.

    Hi! so here I am, my first loading day. I have read every thing i could possibly find to read. had my appointment to get my injections, and had lunch. I am so full i can hardly stand it. i was shocked when i got on the scale at the dr office. and it said 137.8 I hope these forums will help to keep me motivated and moving in the right direction. next stop, to find one of those little ticker tapes!!!

    Hi, I'm new here! Just started my loading today. Super excited to see some results in a few days!
    I have a question about loading. I have seen several places where they say you should load for 3 days instead of 2 if you plan on doing the full 40 day protocol. I was supposed to begin my first loading day tomorrow, be decided to go ahead and do an extra 1/2 day (from lunch time on) as a load day. Anyone have any thoughts on that? I've read Pounds and Inches and it says some people need to load even more than 3 days...but I don't think that's me! As for the "junk" food to load up on, in Pounds and Inches, it is not suggested to stay away from sugar. Anyway...it's interesting that there are so many variations in this diet.

    I am on day two of loading. Very, very new to this. My mind is a bit flooded with lots of info. Started at 241.6 and was up to 242.2 this morning. I, like others, am ready to just start the VLCD...although nervous too! I need this fat off my body.

    Hello ApeyDee. I too am on day 2 of loading. This is my first time with HCG So the 500 cal diet will begin tomorrow. I am hoping to drop 30lbs. Looks like we are on the same schedule. I have read anywhere from 2-5 lbs gain from loading...? So far I don't think I feel anything from the injections. How are you doing?

    Blahhh...I'm full!! Here's what I ate today. Some Teriyaki noodles, ice cream sandwich, reeses pieces, honey almonds, truffles, pistachios, a taco, 2 slim jims, 2 mochas...I think that's it. The drops have to be filling me up some, although I did eat a lot, I wasn't hungry when I ate most of that. By Sunday I think I'll be thrilled with my first lvcd!

    I am also new at this. First time, day 1 load. Not sure what to expect. Can you start the drops at any time or only in the morning. I have already had supper an hour ago. Can I take the drops now or must I wait until the morning?

    For my load days I took my drops in the morning, afternoon, and evening (10 drops 3 times). I also made sure I took them at the same time everyday.
    I shouldn't think it would harm you any to take your drops now. However, when you are on VLCD you cannot have anything to drink (except water) or eat both 30 min before and 30 min after taking your drops. I think this allows for better absorption. I wasn't doing this at first but after doing so it seems like I had better losses.

    I am also a newbie! Ths is day one of my VLCD. I woke up hungry, but I'm doing o.k. with it.( got better after getting some water in)
    I think my second load day wasn't so good. I just couldn't get myself to over eat and actually lost the 1 pound I gained
    on my first load day.(Suprised me)
    I felt bad about it, but I just felt like I was going to throw up everytime I got food close to my mouth....( definitely new to me)
    It would be nice if I feel that way through the whole diet!! LOL!!
    Good luck to us all, May we all be big losers!! LOL!
