Starting my 1st load day tomorrow so I guess I am on pre-load day LOL Hoping to get in lots of good fats and maybe some bad. My Dr. really wants me to get in as much as I can so I will have less issues with hunger.
Tried this program on my own a month-or-so ago but could not get the hunger to subside. So still going to count this as R1. I figure I am going to have some problems anyways because of the candida & yeast issue, pretty sure that is what caused me so many issues the 1st time around.
