Hi Ladies, I'd love to join your group. I loaded late last week and started the VLCD on 7/22. I'm down 3.7 lbs since loading, and down 2.6 lbs from my original weight. I've been reading your posts and love the support and advice everyone gives. Is anyone else walking on this diet? I am suppossed to be walking 60min per day, but haven't had the energy to do so. Yesterday I finally had energy all day, looks like today will be my first walking day, hope It goes well!
