I had the same problem. On loading days, I simply wasn't very hungry. It was hard to eat at all. Isn't that just awful? Finally you can eat whatever you want...and then you have no appetite! It's like a sick, cosmic joke.
Some people had luck getting their calories in by drinking them. (i.e. milkshakes, etc.) I ate steak and fatty meats. I have to stay away from sugar anyway because it gives me cravings for more and more sugar...I think I ate a baked potato with a LOT of butter, too. I didn't eat until I felt sick...but I felt VERY full after eating and ate to capacity.

@Melloyello- I have the same sugar addiction issues and really try to be vigilant but sometimes I get ridiculous cravings, so I am hoping this load helps me get it out of my system for a bit. I really want to use these next 6 weeks to break the sugar cycle. I could be wrong but I think that the Hcg is actually working to keep my appetite in check. We'll see tomorrow!
BTW: I 'cheated' today too, I had an egg plus a white (which is allowed "occasionally" per P&I...) but I fried it in just a tad of coconut oil, then I fried some turnip (low carb) in a tad of coconut oil with a bit of onion. It was heavenly and I feel so guilty, but it's a good guilty... 'eh!?! It's not Cheesecake Factory!!! (I am ever the optimist!!!)
The Miracle Noodles are kind of yucky, but they convince your brain you are eating something a little more hardy... You definitely have to really rinse them well. They are stinky. They do tend to take on the flavor of what you eat them with, but they are chewy and still taste a little yucky even with the added flavor of the additives.
I should be a sales person for Miracle Noodles, 'eh!?! NOT. lol

Lonim- Almost everyone feels, like they cannot eat on the loading days, it is NUTS! Take some Fish oil caps if you need too. I would use regular oil, only

I'm not sure how to count it from VLCD1-VLCD7, or VLCD 8? Then I think maybe VLCD2-VLCD 8, d/t on VLCD you are just putting down your load weight!
