Hi everyone! I'm a little nervous to be starting my load day tomorrow. Even though over eating isn't a new thing for me and since I have done a ton of research I am still feeling very overwhelmed! Exceited, nervous, and overwhelmed! Oh My! I am hoping to make it through to 45 days! Good Luck to everyone!

I've been eating pretty craptastic the last few days and I've only gained a lb but I've been drinking insane amounts of water, it's kind of weird.

Hi Gang!! Very Excited!! Thanks for the link Mzrockel. I was hoping to find something like this. My shipment should arrive sometime tomorrow (Thurs) and since I work full time, I'm going to do my 2 load days on Sat & Sun so I can have fun with it and go eat the things that I won't eat much of from now on.
This is my first rodeo, but I'm 100% convinced that this will work for me so I can start over from a normal weight and make better choices.
What kinds of things is everyone eating/planning to eat?
- Avocados
- Fettuccine Alfredo
- Sour Cream and Lipton Veggie soup mix dip
- .... gotta go check out that good/bad fats list and figure out some more things to eat and where to get them.
Can you tell, I'm a planner to the nth degree!?

I got mine from officialhcgdietplan. HaHa, I do billing for a doctors office, oh and get this...he is an internal medicine doc! He is so going to get on me tomorrow for stuffing my face periodically!
