hello everyone. i'm loading on 3/31. i'm very excited to start....again. i'm getting my drops from a registered clinic and had very, very good results the 1st time I did it. I just got off the bandwagon for a while and I need to get back on. Hopefully with everyone's help, I can maintain this time.

as far as I know you are allowed recommend liquid, tea, coffee, water but only 6 apples during the day.
today I finally broke my platform and am down 1.5 lbs Yay! so relieved and happy. hope Im back on trak and dont stall again.

Hello.. anyone still here that started around March 4 or 5? How have you guys been doing? how many pounds lost. I have not lost as much as I had been expecting but I am still so happy for what I have lost. 2 more weeks to go but Im still motivated to keep going. although the closer I get to the end.. the more anxious I am to finish. Down 18 lbs and hope I get to at least 25lbs down by the end, If more then that would be even better. Yay!

Towers I still follow this thread but since its March Loaders Im not sure if people drifted away from here. I know I had trouble listening to all the loading food LOL. There is a March Starters thread if you need to find some support just do a search for March Starters it should come up.
