I am back on after a planned interruption. Will resume for 3 weeks and see where it takes me.
No real Load, just straight from a p3 type of eating back into vlcd.

I won the Biggest Loser Contest at Work, 207 Buckeroos... Yeppers!
Hcg seems to bring up lots of dreaming and past events, why not use this to our advantage and take this time to forgive those who have hurt us.
That's what I've been doing, going within, seeking. Working on forgiving each person that I have held something against. It's the best gift you can give yourself besides HCG!
I'm back after 100 days off VLCD. I need to load, but can't remember how much is enough. Probably more than I'm eating.
Hollylmo, I weigh myself everyday. In fact on P3 when I didn't I had problems the next day. Daily weighing on top of my food log made it easy to figure out what made my weight change so I could modify. Are you concerned about being too consumed by what you weigh? Honestly, just treat it as a tool, a metric that you use as an adjunct to the diet. If it bums you out, don't worry! You're not alone, we all have to learn to get over it.
Just want to chime in: I'm starting R2 and loaded yesterday and today. I've spent 3 weeks on P3 and back to it! My last round I didn't load at all and I was starving for the first week, so I'm making up for it. In fact, I suspect I'm way over doing the loading! How scary. Anyway, it's good information about how much I'm comfortable eating, I can barely get down what I would previously have been able to eat without a problem. In fact, I am feeling pretty uncomfortable and really sick due to all the carbs, sugar and fat my body is not used to processing. I'm looking forward to my next round which will be a 23 day shortie (my previous round was a 40 day-er with a long 'planned' break). I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to the ease of p2. The hunger is no fun (mine got really bad at the end) but it's so easy to organize what and when to eat, and my body feels better without processing so much food (p3 felt like too much food because I was constantly trying to choke down protein). You know what else I love about P2? It's less expensive to eat! Even with organic chicken! Approximately 1 organic chicken breast a day costs 3 dollars, a few vegetables an apples are maybe another 3 dollars max. That's about $45 a week!
In the meantime, can't wait to start VLCD again tomorrow.
Go Giants!!!![]()
I completely understand. There is a HUGE comfort in P2 because you know what your day is going to look like food wise. That was one thing that really surprised me my first round, I couldn't belive how lost I felt when I hit P3.
I am afraid that weighing too much will discourage me so I think I need to plan. I have done great yesterday and today but I don't want to weigh and get depressed.
If I might just interject here a moment. I'm VLCD16 Round 2 - very close to goal. I find P2 very comforting as well - an less expensive too...lol, but the daily weighing is a MUST. After my first round - I gained 10 lbs back very quickly because I neglected to weigh every day. It can be a real drag....and discouraging sometimes, but you must do it. It's very scary how fast things can get out of control - and with to many days between weigh in's it makes it near impossible to determine what caused a gain. Remember - after you start this diet - you food sensitivities are very different than prior to this diet - things that may have caused gains before may not cause them now - and things that were safe before - may be a real problem now. Just something to keep in mind. The sooner you see the problem the easier it is to correct it.
Hi all.......just stumbled across this forum. So nice to have all this information and people to do this with. I am doing it with a coworker but its her first time also. My HCG is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, so tomorrow will be my first loading day. I am very excited to start this journey!!![]()
How do you guys get those trackers on the bottom of your posts?
After two days of loading, I'm happily on my first day of R2. Ahhh - P2 how I've missed you! And loading was awful this time around! I was bound and determined NOT to be hungry this round so I ATE and, hahahaha I think I loaded right because after holding steady at 1 lb over LDW through all of P3, P4 and one month of "life," I'm up FOUR POUNDS! I can't wait to see THAT gone!
Kelli - if you click on anyone's tracker, it should take you to the site where you can create your own tracker. Good luck to you and your co-worker! And welcome to this forum - you'll find a lot of support and information here!
Hello! I am new to this forum to and am loading this weekend (Nov 6th and 7th). I am so excited to have people to talk to through this that understand it. I do the injections. I have done this before. Lost 32.2 in a 43 day cycle. Have come up a little so I am so ready for the numbers to drop every morning. I think this forum is great. Good luck everyone. I am going to spend my weekend eating, drinking, and being fat!Time to get down to business on Monday.
