December 7th, 2010, 09:05 AM #111 I only gained 1 pd. by having a bad weekend. Of coarse that is 1 pd plus whatever I WOULD of lost. But yesterday and today I am back on. Will weigh again on Thursday. I am on maintenance. trying to hold steady throught he holiday. Will begin round 2 1st of Jan.

December 7th, 2010, 09:30 AM #112 apple6nd -- I didn't worry about loosing on maintenance. I just stabilized and maintained. When I had a day of eating "bad", meaning I gained, not necessarily because of "bad food choices", just from reintroducing the foods, the next day I would be real careful and eat better, meaning I stuck more to P3 foods. I discovered I have a sensitivity to corn and corn products. I love tortilla chips, but cannot eat them without a gain and a tummy upset. Remember you have that 2 pound up and down on maintenance. You can do this. Just be careful not to go all out and watch those sugars and starches. The sugar is what really gets to me. I love chocolate candy so I really have to be careful. You can do this. Then you can join me in January on Round 2. I am in round two now day 9. Going for a 40 day round, even with Christmas. This round is slower, but I do feel it coming off. I am a bit tired, but I've not been sleeping as well as I usually do. So will make some adjustments to my schedule so I can get more sleep. Hang in there and keep in touch. We are all here for each other for a reason! We Can Do Hard Things!
