I know how you feel - I am anxious to start as well. Good luck and post about your loading experience if you can.

I am worried about T-giving (like everyone else starting this month ) and I am throwing a 40th b-day party for my husband in early Dec. If I can get through that, the rest of the journey should be a breeze.

Loading over the weekend, and starting the VLCD on Monday, 10/31.
I'm fairly well-prepared, I think... I'm headed to the grocery today to get more veggies for the VLCD and some goodies for the load.
My biggest concerns - the absence of my beloved Diet Mtn Dew for the next 40+ days (Eeek! Scary!!!) and the reliance on protein on the VLCD food plan - I've been vegetarian for years, but I'm prepared to eat fish if I can't make this work with egg whites.
Best to you all - I look forward to sharing this journey with you all.
    Cindy

B12: http://www.buy-pharma.com/Beplex_For...on-p-1619.html http://www.trimnutrition.com/Trim-Vi...INJECTION-30ml and ADC has some too, but they come in the ampules and they are a pain to say the least.

Robyn, don't quote me but I believe the shots absorb better, I have the capsules as well but I don't get the energy from them that I do with the shots. You can get extra needles, or I've seen some that mix it with their HCG or when they go to give themselves a shot they will put the B12 in the same syringe. Probably best to get it over with in just one shot, but I like to torture myself, and I do it separate! 1ml 2x's a week. I wanted to try them this round because I felt some fatigue the last go around, nothing bad but enough for me to want to order some B12 and give it a go. So far so good

Marion! it is what you think! it is for horses, lol. I started off reading and was like wth! then got halfway through the thread and found myself seriously thinking about ordering, ahahahaha! I came to my senses and just picked B12. Though a mane like a horse has wouldn't be to bad

Bombshell, loading on Thanksgiving, yay! I would be in heaven, lol.

Epi, good luck to your husband and you, you two will do great

Froggie, yes, you can use Stevia. I love the flavored Stevia drops and use them in my coffee.

    Welcome everyone!

Day 1 of loading - and I don't think I ate nearly enough.
Being SNOWED IN didn't help at all - I was stuck with only the foods in the house, and I don't really keep that sort of thing here. I'm hoping this mess all melts early tomorrow so I can get out into the world and have a better day of loading.
Worst case scenario is that I'll load again on Monday, and start VLCD on Tuesday.

How'd it go for the other loaders today?

I spent a good deal of time today figuring out what foods we're going to load on and the first few days of VLCD. We've been eating healthy foods for so long that we had kind of a hard time coming up with stuff that would fit the bill, but we finally managed. Here's what is on our loading menu:
    Egg Gravy on Biscuits
    BLTs
    Salmon, Baked Potatoes, Ice Cream

Cheesy (real cheese, can't remember when I last had that) omelette
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches with whole milk (yum)
    Taco Bells Taco Salad
A whole Lindt Intense Orange chocolate bar. (I'm gonna miss chocolate)
Rob wants chocolate cake, so I'll get him a piece at Boston Market.

    What are you having?

Loading over...I almost feel like I overdid it but I was following the plan I am anxious about my 1st day on VLCD but have made plans to get out of the house so I won't be tempted. Have a great day everyone.

We are still waiting for our supplies. So we didn't get to start loading this weekend like we wanted too. They should be here any day. And we are anxious to get started. Good luck to all those who started this weekend!
