Good to find a place for those of us loading this weekend. I am actually going to be loading on MON/TUES, as I work on weekends. But this is R2 and my last one!! yippee! But I am also having to mentally prepare for being slower since it is the end to my goal.
Loading has a bit more of a challenge on it for me. I think the first time, ignorance is a bit bliss. I did load on high fat/fast food/etc, and it is hard to know how that affected my round. I did HHCG last time and doing Rx injections this time. I did not miss the breads and sweets--I did have a few here and there, but really didn't miss it. So, I am hesitant to load with that stuff this time, yet don't want to mess up and not load enough.

What is everyone thinking of loading with this time?""
For me, definitely include chicken fried steak for breakfast, maybe biscuits gravy??. Pie(coconut cream, my favorite if I have some), pastas(not sure, haven't added back at all). I eat avocados, cheese, beef, etc now and have stabilized. So, how is adding that in loading going to help???? LOL Love to hear some menus from those who just loaded and felt it was a good load for you.

My load days will be Mon and Tues. Not really sure what I'll be loading with yet. Just lots of food I guess!

Tammye, You're 52?!! You look fabulous. I'm 55 and on second load day of my first round of HCG. I was looking for an over-50 thread when I came upon this one. I'm trying to be more efficient in my loading today because I gained 3.5 lbs yesterday. I've found that Lindor Truffles have a significant amount of fat in them for their tiny size. And I'm using the creamiest mint chocolate chip ice cream as a palate cleansor. It seems the fattening non-sugary foods such as bacon are so salty that I need some sweeter stuff thrown in there. I've had a good share of cheesecake, too.

tammye- Im on day 2 of loading and im tryin to eat lower carbs this time around than last time. Last time i had mcdonalds ALOT, dairy queen about 3 timess, arbys, desserts. All junk pretty much.. haha Yesturday i had some cheeses, i made my own low carb cheesecake, couldnt eat much of that yesturday though. Also had some low carb high fat chocolate, some whipping cream, almonds, and nut mixes. Today i went to breakfast with my mom and had a bacon, ham and sauage and cheddar cheese omelette with some potatoe shreds, throughout the day ive had about 6 of those cheesecake slices. But i made them more like brownies so there real thin. Ive had some whipping cream, and i had to order one thing that i used to lose so i got a hungry howies pizza sub and some cheese bread But still my overall day is about 80% fat, 7% carbs and about 11% protein. Oh and after my first loading day i only gained 1.6

I am on my second day of loading. This is round 3 for me. I just finished a double-double at In-n-Out. Somehow, this has become one of my got-to load foods. It was delicious, by the way.
I will be cooking chicken later today in order to have all my lunches ready for this week. Glad to have others on this round.

I'm on... R1/P1/D1. Trying to high-fat it up. It's actually harder than I thought. Loading at work tomorrow, so I'll have to be a little more strategic. So grateful to have found this forum, and this thread. I'm on my way!

    Bebol..thank you---how sweet you are---makes me blush!!!
Larisse---oh so jealous, I am from So.Cal and I do miss my In and Out Burgers!!!! That would be a loading staple for me too!!!!

I am getting some good ideas on the loading. I think the lower carb will be better for me too this time. Not really craved and not really missing but the high fat ideas are good. Should be interesting though, my mom is doing this round with me and has eaten so healthy for so long, it is going to be interesting to get her to load!

We will all have to move to a new thread soon(well, ok 2 weeks), as this one will be closed in Nov and a new one started!! But so glad I have some fellow loaders ----!!! and just think where we will all be in 2 weeks---!!

Larisse- I love your quote on the storms!!!

I have been loading on donuts, cheesecake, cheeseburgers with a bun, bacon, milkshakes. I am allergic to mos to that stuff so I feel sick but hopefully it will do the trick.

Tammye-I agree perhaps ignorance is bliss. I am a little nervous about this round yet excited too. I know what it takes to get through the 40 days mentally yet I am happy about the end. I have been SO happy not thinking about food or what I should eat since I can have whatever I wanted with P4 and never gain. It has been a breeze and I don't want to mess that up. But I keep thinking to myself this time next week I will be lighter!!!
