well I woke up to .2 gain - geez....I ran out of drops and on day #22 - so I mixed more and decided to go another week. I hope to hit the original goal tomorrow at least! Geez - driving me nuts...lol.
Thanks for the suggestions. I think tomorrow I will do just that and put something in I haven't had. The beef patty with onions and second meal, not sure---but at least try one. I may try adding back tomatoes and not do my grapefruit. Like the apple, chicken salad idea-----maybe that for dinner and no veggie. That would certainly mix up my day!!! It's a plan, I'll let you know Monday how all this works out!!!
well up .6 im starting to thinkk my body doesnt want to go lower, it will go down then back up a little then down aagain. someone said my cells r releasing water then letting go like its stabalizing for a bit. so hopefully since last drop is today ill stabaliz tthen lol! but would like to go down just dont think my body wants to and if i did it woulf prob go back up since i seem to wanna stay here-ish lol happy to be startin p3 wed. have a good day!
Ok I hit original goal this morning - woo hoo! Let's just hope I don't fluctuate...lol. I've decided to go another week in the hopes of losing these last 5.4 lbs to hit all time low and final goal- if I don't get there....but get close, I'm still a happy camper
....err dieter. Lesson Learned - experience obtained and wisdom established.

Great job! I learned from my last p3 tooo! I went WAyyyyy to crazy added wayy too much food and calories the first day! This time today and yesturday i am averaging about 950-1000. Not too hungry so im not worried about it, either tommorow or the next day ill go up to 1200 if i start gettin my appetite back, but i figure right now my body needs to adjust before i raise the calories. I also havent added in cheese, nuts, or too much dairy at all cuz im going to wait to addd those till i feel my bodies been kinda stable so i know when i add them if i gain then thats why. I had eggs for breakfast yesturday with a little butter, green onion and chunky salsa. Lunch was salad with chicken, sesame seeds, green onion, and red wine and olive oil vinagrette. Dinner was lean beef(more protein), zuchinni noodles, tomato puree, and some marinara. Then i had my baked apple. Today i didnt have eggs for breakfast, just 3 slices sf bacon, some chunk salsa on top and baked apple for breakfast. And today i was only up .1 so im 1.7 under ldw! I am enjoying not going up much so im hoping that its because im going slow and not overloading myself! Sorry to ramble on just thought i would share what im doing with u to help out! Good luck!
I have decided that tomorrow will be ldw. I need to be on P3 on saturday and that'll do it. I'm 3.4 from new adjusted goal....lol. As much as I'd like to get there....I just can't go on any longer. I'm going to do P3 for a week before I go back to the gym....I'd like to get at least a week in for my body to stablize before I hit it with working out
- maybe once I get back to the gym those last few pounds will melt away and I'll finally be at ultimate goal weight for the rest of my days
