    tammye- i felt the same way! I ate healthy and worked out too but it just didnt seem to work! And i think if u keep loadnig how u r you should be good! This time im not hungry at all! and i got so full last night before even finishing my soup!! And this morning im not even hungry after wakin up! I ate about 5000 calories, but if u think about fat their super high calories. I made an awesome low carb cheesecake brownie recipe. They were thin like brownies but cheesecake and on the bottom it was chocolatey. My last day of loading i seriously had like...8. haha

    As for me currently waking up to vlcd2 and after day 1 i went down 3.5. So not bad i lost my loading weight of 3.2 and .3 more of what i gained the couple days before loading which was 4.4 lbs...(Yea i kinda stopped caring a couple days before loading and had some cheats) so if i lose the rest of the gained weight id be at my stabalized weight of 129s. So id like to get there fastt so i only got 10 to lost, and as of now 14 till goal in a 23-30 day round!

    Good morning, I posted this morning, but seems as though it didn't actually post!! Oh well. Day 1 of loading done and I gained 4lbs!!! whew, ok not panicking as we were out running errands and I didn't get my water in and I know my body is not used to all that sodium. Today going to concentrate on those high fat cheese/meat again. Started with a sausage mcmuffin today!! I haven't had one since last loading and it is one of those foods that does actually taste good to me when I indulge~~~lol!

    I also wanted to say the injections are going well---I am certainly a fan, since I don't have to worry about again till next morning--that is the best thing of all.

    AAF---can't wait to join you on VLCD's --- I am anxious to see if dosage is correct on my inj. I guess I am hoping the sweet spot might be hit on first time!!!

    Well,,,,a girl can dream can't she!!! Have an awesome day everyone!!

    I have a question to those of you who are on your second round or more...I tried really hard to load and definitely felt ill from eating so much. The question is that I only gained 1.4 lbs (not that I am complaining since the goal is to lose! Lol). Is this going to affect my rate of weight loss or ability to maintain the protocal? I am so nervous...and I am hungry this morning which I haven't felt in awhile! : ( I am so excited about this program though since is seems to work for so many! I haven't had much success in the past so I am really hoping this is my answer! Thanks to anyone who can help me out here! : )
    Starting Weight 203 - Lost 17 on my own
    HCG Starting Weight = 186, R1 LDW = 171.4 -(14.6)

    R2/P2 (Started 4/13/11) - Starting weight = 177.7
    VLCD1-7 = - 7.1 lbs
    VLCD8-14 = -3.0
    VLCD15 = 167.6 (0.0 lbs)
    VLCD16 = 168.4 (+0.8 lbs)
    VLCD17 = 169.2 (+0.8 lbs)
    VLCD18 = 167.0 (-2.2 lbs)
    VLCD19 = 165 (-2.0 lbs)
    VLCD20 = 167.2 (+2.2 lbs)
    VLCD21 = 168.2 (+1.0 lb)
    Goal Weight = 135!!!!

    Lose - it's different for everyone. I've heard some people actually lose weight after loading - it's wierd. I gained a lot - lost it the next morning. Today I'm on VLCD #3 and I've been hungry today. I'm down 3 lbs pre-load weight - so that's 1 lb a day. I'd like to lose 17.2 more lbs....but it might be nice to get a little more.

    Good luck to you.

    Hi All, I have not been to these forums since the site changes. I hope that I post correctly. I am on R3R2VLCD2. I loaded last weekend. I think I saw that someone else on this thread has put on some weight since their last round. I was up around 10 before loading then put on another 5 during loading. I pretty much didn't do P4 last time at all. I did almost 3 weeks of P3 then went on an all inclusive trip to Mexico and put on 5 lbs then came back and it was my birthday then Labor Day and so on and I never took the first 5 off then let the rest creap back on. It's amazing how it sneaks up on you. Oh well, all I can do is get back in the saddle and try again. I have between 35 and 40 more lbs that I would like to lose. I'm hoping for 20 this round then in the new year i'll do one last round to be at my target weight. I think that i'll need the holidays to practice maintenance. I can't seem to get that down. I will say that I have done some really bad things in the past 2 months that I have been off of plan and only gaining 10 is somewhat of a success. Before doing this plan I could have done worse.

    I am somewhat afraid of this round. I hope that my body doesn't act differently. On my first round I lost 3.4 lbs the first day and in round 2 I lost 2.9 on the first day. This time I only lost .6 on the first day. I'm hoping that my body is just slow to react and that I will see a big loss tomorrow. I need to at least see the load weight come off. This diet can be so exciting but so frustrating and scary at the same time.

    Best of luck to all of you and I hope to stay in touch with all of you while we complete this round together.

    I have been told that people who load without a lot of carbs and/or were eating fairly clean before the load days may not have as big of a loss in the first few days of VLCD. Don't know if this applies, but thought I would add this.

    loriab-This is my second round. In the first round I was up 5 pounds from loading and lost 7.6 pounds by day 2. This time, I gained 4 from loading and only lost .6 pounds this morning. I am hoping too that this isn't an indicator on how the rest of my round is going to go. I decided that I like Larisse's answer instead of just thinking that it is just me. I am hoping for a bigger loss tomorrow! I want to move my butterfly at least back to where she was before loading!!!

    Good evening all,
    Well, I have eaten all I can eat for my 2nd loading day. I gained 4lbs from yesterday!! yikes, I really don't want to see scale tomorrow, but I am trusting this process. I know it works but I didn't gain like this on first round. I am just hoping for a great loss after VLCD1. And I know it will continue downward.
    AAF, I tried to load especially today on high fat meats/cheese/ etc so hopefully, will have same results with no hunger, etc.
    Larisse - hats off to those of you on more than 2 rounds. Great job.

    Colleen--yes, same experience. Seems as if we are putting our bodies into shock. Things were going so well and finally got things back to 'normal' and then we overload with excess food all of the sudden. It just throws me into a tailspin!!! But I do feel so much better after a day or so on the VLCD's --- and loading is something I am glad not to have to do again!!!

    Happy losing to all tonite.....updates tomorrow!!

    I'll keep my finger's crossed that your butterfly moves where she belongs.

    Tammy-thanks for saying that. I usually feel worse that I need more than 2 rounds. I am actually quite ashamed to be over 200 pounds. But, I'm trying to keep my focus on the good things--my endurance in doing 3 rounds; my 34 pound loss and the changes I have made to my eating that will continue on.
