    I use SparksPeople and love it. I track all my foods, water, weight and measurements on there. It's a very useful tool. I add the foods that I eat on a regular basis to my favorites. When it comes to meal time it only takes a few clicks and you're done. If they don't have a food you can add it. I find that it is fairly accurate as long as you make sure you use the correct serving size. It is also a great motivational tool. It has articles and groups to join. Lots of resources. I actually have it open in another tab! I would encourage everyone to join.

    Question SparkTeam???

    I just had an idea. We could start a new SparkTeam. There isn't one yet geared towards hCGers. If I set one up, would anyone be interested in joining? It's free and the website is an amazing tool!

    I do find it quite easy to keep track of my food.

    With the 500 calories, I already know what I am going to eat for both the lunch and dinner, so just plug it all in and than adjust portions of veggies to meet the 500.

    The problem I find with all of these food trackers is they won't let you set your goal to only 500 calories a day!
    R1 Start 10/7/11 - Weight 182.4, Lost 20.5, LDW 161.9 (Avg loss = .54/day)
    R2 Start 1/1/12 - Weight 161.9, Lost 11.3, LDW 150.6 (Avg loss - .5/day)
    3 week trip to Spain in May (gained 10 pounds!)

    Week 1: -9.1 (151.9)
    Week 2: -1.6 (150.3)

I got to see my daughter...hadn't seen her in over a month and she noticed immediately that I had trimmed down some...love her! My friend who went with us noticed too. My mother-in-law....said nothing...

    So here's to hoping that Jay Robb shake helped propel me forward towards continued losing! I guess we'll know in the next day or two. Yeah me, down 14 lbs!

    Gained .2 this morning, but I know what happened. I still had a packet of that (carby) sliced chickenbreast in the fridge which I didn't want to let go to waste, so I ate that yesterday. As we say here in such a case: god punnishes imediately! Certainly on this diet LOL. I just háte to see 2 little humps in my chart, but hey, who's perfect?

    Still Excited, Did pretty well yesterday, and it paid off.

    I didn't realize until yesterday how many little temptations I would normally indulge in.
    feeding the the kids, my favorite oatmeal and a Halloween treat, and than My Husband and the kids going out to eat, I opted to stay in the store (Shopping) until they were done eating at the restaurant, didn't eat until 10pm last night, I was so afraid it would mess up the weight loss.

    Yes, Guinan, I will stay around for Phase 3...probably all the way to the next round in January. It really helps me to have the accountability and all the support from each other! I will have to check out Fitday, so far I have been using Livestrong's My Plate and it lets you go as low as 800, so I just know to leave 300 each day. But it sure would be good if I could put just how many carbs/fats/proteins I want to eat too! My Plate lets you but only if you pay .

    BTW, I am off to a family champagne buffet brunch at a Mexican restaurant....still celebrating my hubby's birthday! I don't mind watching my hubby and 3 grown kids enjoy their food, I just don't want to PAY and you know they're gonna think I'm eating off someone's plate if I'm not paying! I am hoping to only eat some strawberries! I could eat a little meat and veges, but since we're meeting at 10am, it will make for a mighty long day with only a small meal waiting for me later!

    Fitday lets you enter all the goals you want but, like I said, I haven't found a way of making them visible yet.
    Also, it adds up all the cals for the foods you've entered, so I just keep adding and deleting till I'm close to 500. I guess within a range of 10 up/down should be ok, it's darn near impossible to get to exactly 500 and even if you do, the food you actually eat could have a couple of calories more/less than what you enter, so it's not an exact science anyway.

    OMG... I am soooo glad I don't have a life and am not exposed to the temptations of seeing everyone munching away at goodies an me working down a cucumber. I would fold for sure! I'm pretty good at being strict when I'm on my own tho, LOL don't have anything tempting in the house, period! Champagne and Mexican.... it would have me crying like a baby!
