    Cottage cheese brands

Hello fellow vegetarians! I am near the end of R2P2, have about a week left. For my proteins I have been eating eggs (1 full and 3 egg whites), quorn products and an occasional sun warrior shake. Getting tired of all of it!!!!! Dr S. original protocol mentions cottage cheese, and I am thinking of trying it. Can someone recommend a particular brand they had success with? Fat free brands I looked at in the store are loaded with sugar, and that can't be good! Thank you!

serving size would be great also. And if we do protein shakes how much do we have to equal a serving of protein?

yes, you can. read the labels to make sure there is no sugar/fat. the two brands that i used were jay robb (they have whey and egg white protein) and sun warrior (vegan). i used about one scoop, blended with ice and water, sometimes added allowed strawberries, i know some people add allowed spinch too - for a complete meal, but that's too gross for me.

I'm concerned about the diet along with protein shakes. I mean, can I take some
    tuna fish sandwich with that?
    I'm not a vegetarian.

I really like Kalona brand Organic Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, which I personally buy at Whole Foods. It has more curds than liquid, which I like, and is not too salty, so it blends nicely with strawberries or oranges.
