Esme- I have that same kind of protein powder. I don't use a whole scoop..measured the scoop out to be about 3 tablespoons..I usually use one orange with 2 tablespoons of protein and water with a stevia packet and blend it...its like having an orange julius with pulp =)...I think I might alternate the days I use egg whites and the days I use protein powder...just to give myself some variety ..

at least eat the one egg daily and it gives the energy and fulfill the quantity of protein.
