I haven't been able to find any veggie burgers that worked with P2 or P3 on the Simeons protocol. Has anyone else?

On P2, you're right, there is no tofu or seitan or anything on the protocol. Though some have used various veggie products for protein (other than fat free cottage cheese and egg + 3 egg whites), but its all rogue.
On P3, I follow the guideline that calls anything a "starch" more than 14g of carbs, and a "sugar" more than 4g p/serving. If you follow that (from Linda Prinster book), than the Quorn Naked Chik and most MF (unbreaded) fit that description.

May 22nd, 2012, 12:47 AM #174 congratulations. I'm just starting out as a vege eating seafood for protein. I'm looking for variety.What did you eat on P2. Could you post your sample menus.?My loss has been very slow-zero to 1 pound a day AT DAY 13. i HAVE BEEN VERY CAREFUL TO NOT CHEAT.Thank you.
