    Vegetarian steak day

I have read other posts about options for a vegetarian "steak" day and am unsure what to do. I have seen an apple/cheese day thing, and an egg option but not sure exactly what to do. I was just wondering if others could post what seemed to work the best for them. Thanks :-)

I think the name needs to change...Lol a steak and vegetarian sound so unusual!! Sorry just a little humor...

    Possibly cottage cheese?
I am down over 70 pounds total!!

I tried Injections! I tried Drops! Now I'm using a Revolutionary NEW hhCG Patch!

They also sell real hhCG Drops and pellets.

I agree the name is ironic haha. Anyways I am officially stressed out now! I am up 3 lbs as of today and still don't know what to do. I have found numerous suggestions on alternatives but nothing consistent. Were you able to go back down after the yogurt or cottage cheese days? Did you just eat them in the evening like you would with a steak day?

Also has anyone tried the "steak day pudding" recipe I keep seeing on here? Was it successful? I would really appreciate any advice as I need to do this today and still don't know what to eat!!!

    Thanks!

Hi...I eat the Quorn tenders and diced tomatoes with onion & cilantro. That seems to work for me to get my weight back down. I only eat the Quorn tenders because they are the only Quorn product that is gluten free. Not sure how the Quorn cutlets would work but they might for you.

I read somewhere that you could do an apple day instead of a steak day.. eating only 6 medium apples throughout the day and tons of water. Most people said it didn't work for them because of the sugar but I did do it a couple of times during my first round and it worked fine for me.

My fave Correction Days (that's my nomination for name change rather than "Steak Day" for us), in order of success:
8-12 boiled eggs. Yolk is fine, spread thoughout day.
3 meals of 2 oz cheese (your choice) and 2 apples.
32 oz of Fage (fat level not that important) with 1/4 c berries spread throught day.
Drink more and go to bed at least 2 hours earlier.

You might lose anywhere from 1-2 pounds overnight with these methods. Try em yourself...
