Hi VeggieBonbon,
Are you doing exercise with diet?
Regular exercise and balanced diet plan is the key to lose and maintain weight.
If you've noticed your weight going up after starting an exercise program, don't panic! It doesn't necessarily mean you're doing anything wrong, nor does it mean you're going in the wrong direction. There can be some obvious and not-so-obvious reasons you're gaining weight.

That is not necessarily true at all. There are plenty of people here who have lost and maintained without exercise. There is a whole thread dedicated to discussion of that topic.
Plus, a balanced diet means different things to different people. A lot of modern diet theory has been proven to be erroneous.

WOW! WHAT A GREAT IDEA! WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT?!?
Sorry for the outburst, but exercise actually triggers starvation mode in phase 2, and that will actually jack up the metabolism later on. The whole point of the HCG diet is to reset the metabolism for future weight maintenance. Phase 2 is not the time to run a marathon or go for the burn; think more like yoga, Pilates, or walking. However, I agree that we should work out on later phases. Phase 4 (aka maintenance) is more of the marathon time.![]()
Nely, I've read where Simeons writes how vegetarians lose a bit less, but don't sweat the day by day. Look at the whole round. Look at my stats for three rounds and I had average losses & good maintainance.
Don't you remember when you would work your butt off and eat nothing but air and lose a half-pound a week? That's what I remember when I get impatient with my P2 losses...
