What is your favorite thing to mix into your Shake?
I am trying to get ideas of what to mix in with my protein shakes, would love your favorite suggestions!!

Hi dmoselle20! Not very creative, but I just mix frozen strawberries and frozen bananas in the Jay Robb Vanilla Whey shakes. I have also mixed some cinnamon and nutmeg. It's really yummy! Those shakes are amazing.. i sometimes do 2 a day and am losing well. Good luck!

I substitute cold coffee for the water and blend it with ice. It makes a wonderful frozen cappuccino! Or add a little coco-powder for a mocha.

Thank you for the ideas! I am finding that I am getting pretty creative , I love the idea of coffee had not thought about that one!

P2: Capella flavored drops with some stevia/saccharine are boss. Just don't forget to sweeten it with those drops as they don't have any sweetener added. They're gluten/nut/alcohol/everything free too.
P3: Chocolate PB2 powdered peanut butter FTW! I put in 1/2 a Tbsp with my Jay Robb shake and it is sofa king good. Even a full serving of it is just 2 Tbsp and has 5 net carbs and 3 g sugar.
