I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs. I'm on day 3 of VLCD. It's been tough, but hoping each day in gets a bit easier. I can't wait to feel healthy again!!

Sweet mugsey, give yourself a few days to start seeing results! I don't know how much you have to lose but I am down about 33 pounds and it feels better than any fried chicken dinner ever did. Those around you may try to sabotage you - sometimes because they fell intimidated at the thought you may be changing. Stick with the program and be a loving, healthy example for your family!

Hello, can I join? Today is my 1st day of vlcd. This is round 3 for me.

I gained 5.4 pounds during load days. Guess I did an extra good job of it! First day of VLC. Mixed 3.4 oz of diced chicken breast with a small diced tomato, italian herb seasoning and garlic pepper. Was tasty. Then had a small yellow apple sliced sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Total 192 calories according to Fitday. I was feeling a little hungry before I ate the lunch, but now am ok. Been on the "throne" eveyr half hour, though. Can't wait for tomorrow's weigh-in!

This is my VLCD Day 2 Yay!! A bit headachey but not too bad so far!!
Sweetmugsy hang in there, stay strong, I know it's hard, I have little kids and a hubby who isn't interested in eating veggies so it is hard but remember, you can do it!!! It'll be sooo worth it in the end!!!
Day 1 of VLCD.....having 4 oz of shrimp, celery & apple for lunch. feeling a little hungry at 11a.m. DETERMINED to do this right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
