Shew...just BARELY squeaked out a loss today! When I weighed at 5 am (1 hour earlier than usual) I was up 1/2 pound! Man did I ever pray and worry! But at my 7:16 weigh in I was at 185.3 which makes a .4 loss for today. Shew.... My poor husband still had to post a gain though...poor guy! Trying to figure out what we did wrong. We ate dinner later than usual, it was a beef roast with a tomato/onion/horseradish gravy and sauted onions. So, it's possible it was the beef/tomatoe mix we struggled with or maybe just too much sodium. We also took our kids to the zoo yesterday so maybe it was the extra walking! No matter what, small losses and especially gains are VERY discouraging when your brain is stuggling to "stay in this game" to begin with! Thanks for listening everyone...hope today shows great losses for some of you! 14 days to go in this round for us....2 more weeks....hold on

    Good Morning everyone,

Well, I had a 1.2 pound loss since yesterday. YEAHHHHHHHHH! I'm at 170.4, tomorrow I will be in the 60's. I am so excited, I don't know what to do.

I haven't been so low in numbers since 1984. That's right, over 25 years.....so excited.

Hope everyone has a great weigh in. Alexis, you are going to make it to goal. You are doing sooooo well.

I did last night and it was a NICE change from meat ;-) I had another .6 loss so not too bad.

I am down 11 lbs!!!! (.8lbs from yesterday) Some of my symptoms from the diet are going away, the headaches are getting better and the light head.

I do have cotton mouth and I have been drinking a lot of water! I don't know what to do about that. It's really bad when I am in bed.

I also think some of the hard part is being so close to my final goal weight I find myself thinking about just giving up and living at this weight. BUT, I won't do it....only 15 days to go....I CAN DO IT!

As to the lady who asked for my Cabbage Meatloaf recipe....here it is (I have not made it yet so can not say what it's like!)

1 Lb ground beef (I'm going to use buffalo)
    2 cups finely shredded cabbage
    1 green pepper diced finely
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp caraway seeds
    1 tsp salt

Mix and place in loaf pan. Bake 350 until done (30-40 min) The original recipe was for a crockpot cooking on High for 3-4 hours. However, I am planning on doing it in the oven...thus why I don't know how long it will cook.
