Laura! You look fantastic! You should post that picture on here, and take your time starting another round. I see a very fit and fantastic looking woman.

I had a super scale surprise today, 146.6!!!! My long lost LIW!!!!! I never thought I'd reach it without another round, but it seems that I'm wavering up at times, but wavering down as well! And that was after eating entirel;y too much cheese when I got home at 9pm last night. I was afraid that 3 slices of munster and about 3oz of parm would give me a gain, but woo-hoo, I'm lower than ever. Thank you to whatever power, internal, universal, luck, or karma that has helped me to this place

My scale was a little hokey (as it always is on my wobbly old wood floors) but I seem to weigh 146.8. I am happily into P4 without a single correction day required. I feel like I should apologize for all my anxiety and ranting, when in fact I've been below this rounds LIW the entire time. What can I say, I'm high strung and always expecting to revert back to old unhealthy habits. I did just introduce cheese this week, and have quickly learned that it will be something I should only buy sporadically because when it's in the house I will keep eating it. I love you cheese

I screwed up and bit off wayyyy more than I could symbolically chew. (Because I sure did a good job of literally chewing). I went to a potluck birthday party Saturday night and had wings, pasta salad, a cupcake and a brownie. Gained 3.2lbs immediately. I was at 150, so I decided I would just stick to veggie and protein yesterday, and did great with that even at a big family event, but last night my sister and brother-in-law who are visiting wanted to try a vegan pizza place, and I did everything to encourage them and nothing to stop them. So after eating some fantastic pizza, I am up another 3.2 today for a shift from 146.8 to 153.2 in the span of two days. I guess what was working for me was EATING ZERO CARBS!!!! I'm not even angry, just feeling a little sheepish and chastised for being so confident in my stability. Clearly my stability is very much based on keeping to a strict menu.

Larisse, the P3 went well because I really did stick to a lot of vegetables, no eggs, seafood, or chicken, and limited amounts of cheese. It took me a long time to accept those diet limitations, and I'm still fighting again the fact that I cannot eat flour or sugar, but as the past two days prove, I have been under LIW for three full weeks, and then with the inclusion of flour (which was the only 'bad' thing I ate yesterday) I gain quickly and significantly. Sooooo, find out what your blood type is, get some food allergy testing done, and stick with what your body likes...That's my best advice.

Today will be a steak day. My gut is in disarray from all the magnesium and probiotics I took, hoping to avoid the gains. I'm banking on something like two days to gain the weight, and two weeks to get it off.

Annja, lol to your style of organizing And as far as having the wiggle room/comfort zone that you and Laura mentioned, I definitely agree. If I could lose another 10-12lbs, Laura, I'd be able to feel a lot more confident and comfortable!!!

Thankfully, I was down to 150.4 this morning, so .2 below my LIW and a nice loss since yesterday. Though still 3 up from my stabilized weight. In a few more days I hope to be back under 148. It will be very interesting to see how this recovery goes. If I eat what I was eating in p3, will I revert back to p3 weight, or will I have to do something extra beyond that? Let's hope I can keep to p3 eating and return to p3 weight!!! Yesterday I had a big salad buffet lunch, and a ton of steak for an early dinner. Today I had mostly vegetables with a little bit of meat for dinner. If I don't creep further down by Thursday morning, I'll try another steak day strategy like I did yesterday.

Up .8 today...definitely the wrong direction, but I did eat a whole bowl of (homemade) cole slaw and a good deal of cheese right before bed last night. Random late night snack. I tried to eat the cole slaw to avoid eating the cheese, instead I ate both. I should know better by now. Not the best weight loss endeavor! Tomorrow is a steak day and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed!
