To me it looks like its mainly P3 foods, just a different way to eat them? Im just not sure how it affects your metabolism? In p4 if I pick the right foods I can eat 2500+ calories a day and never gain, so im not sure if this plan would change that? I havent posted any questions on it yet.

But TOM is lurking so that might be the reason. The shorts I have on were tight on me 2 weeks ago and today I can take them off without unbuttoning them so I know Im losing inches. That makes me happy!!
